The room was clean and comfortable and the host tidied it on a regular basis. It came with a spacious bath featuring relaxing massage options and the location was great.
There was a hair in the bath when we arrived and the provided cups/mugs were slightly dirty.

The location is super accessible, walking distance from the town, and the area is lovely and safe. There was free parking over the weekend further down the street. The room and bathroom were lovely and clean, had a comfortable stay. Friendly host greeted us.

The location was excellent, just a few minutes walk to the main restaurants and shops of Canterbury. Andrew was pleasant and advised on where best to park free of charge.
The room was clean, bed rather hard, couldn't work the coffee machine, think an ordinary kettle would be better.
Rubbish piled in bags outside the front of the house wasn't the best welcome, think some renovation was being carried out inside as the floor above us
looked to be work in progress.
