Clean, relaxing and comfortable.

The apartment is quiet and cool, which was great during the hot weather. Located right in the center of town and close to the train station.

The building is a bit shabby.

This property in a disgrace to the booking.com Platform

I have booked the accommodation as shown in the pictures on Booking.com but after I booked, on the day of check-in, they took me to another apartment which was not as shown in the pictures. The apartment was old, dirty and had a disgusting smell. The carpet in the room was dusty and not cleaned at all for the guests. There was a musty smell caused by dust and mold. And there was drug dealing in the building. I don't want to explain much. It was a very disappointing and shameful feeling with this accommodation. I do not recommend it. Please avoid it.

The flat is on the 3 floor and the lift did not work and we were told it has been broken for a while. THe Host was not communicative or available prior to the 3pm check in.

We had a lovely weekend however, i feel we paid a lot for what we got with this apartment. i acknowledge i’m a control f

It was as it says in the description, cosy, good facilities, nearby to various supermarkets and a high street.

- pots and pans in kitchen weren’t clean. - cutlery and other utensils werent clean. - some cooking utensils were damaged. - cleaning liquids were empty. - salt and pepper weren’t filled. - stickers from clothing stuck on wall. - rock solid sugar stuck to top shelf on cupboard in kitchen. - a light in the bathroom didn’t work making it quite dark. - the shower went through phases of being freezing and scalding. - shower was mouldy. - didn’t initially get apartment number in the confirmation or anything. - coffee was mouldy in container. - bin was sticky. - bedside table in bedroom had a broken drawer. - washing machine was a great facility to have however it didn’t work and there was nothing provided to hang washing on afterwards. - bathroom door frame has been filled but not repainted. - old disposable razors left in the bathroom. - toilet was unclean on the bottom. - no free parking and in the instructions no parking for £5 per day. - shower didn’t close all the way leaving the bathroom floor a swap afterward. - very, very noisy street at all house, club close by. - constantly had smells of weed and smoke besides the no smoking stickers all over the building.

You will sure get the value of your money, it is a great apartment, good location with access to the city centre. Excellent host, quick to respond if you need any help.

Lovely little stay

Bed was super comfy, lovely kitchen/living area, well equipped. Location was great, just a 10 minute walk from the train station, over the road from an Iceland, very close to a Wetherspoons, Slug and Lettuce, Yates and other pubs. Great check in. Nice sized rooms. TV was smart so we logged in to our Netflix. Bus closeby to the Yorkshire Wildlife Park. Apartment building itself was very quiet.

This apartment stated air conditioning on the booking (may sound weird as it's only Doncaster) but I do need air con due to having temperature issues and it was a very warm day also and there was no air con - which meant I did have to go out and spend £20 for a fan for the room which I then had to leave as I couldn't trail it home on the train. Also the bath towels were very small, all of them looked like hand towels to be completely honest. Ground floor flat so slightly noisy but not extreme.

the windows opened on the street, on a very walked street, so I could not enjoy opening stores or windows for privacy. It could have been clearer that some accomodations are on the street.
