The location
The foyer leading to the apartment was very dirty. The toilet was not clean too. There was urine on the seat. There was one rusty pot that definitely needs to be thrown out.

Great location for the Race course . There was parking available during our stay .
The property was not luxury as advertised. The apartment needs a lot of work and an update. The carpets and floors were dirty. We avoided sitting on the sofa as it looked dirty and covered in stains. All the pots and pants could do to be replaced.Since both bedrooms are facing the road it was very noisy and we struggled to sleep. The bathroom floor was very slippery, especially when you had to get out of the shower. The lights in the whole apartment are very dull and the one in the kitchen were struggling to work.
The heating was on on our arrival and it was nice and warm .
All communication prior to arrival was excellent.
