Great stay, fabulous host, very responsive

Location, decor of property and the fact the host didn’t pester us whilst in their home. This was good for family time and privacy. Location was perfect for us, size of property is also good for a small family, and it’s a new build, so modern and well maintained.

Great location with easy access. Well equipped with everything we needed including a new tumble dryer. Parking right in front of the unit. All photos honestly represent the property. Great communication if needed. Would definitely stay there again!

Absolutely lovely property. Totally recommend.

Beautifully presented and very clean. Host had thought of additional touches like providing milk and some breakfast items. Well equipped kitchen and great facilities. Very quiet both day and night so slept very well. Definitely going to book again next year.

The only problem was that the taxis couldn’t find the location as it is a new build but that was easily rectified by directing them to Bennetthorpe which is where the property is.

Property was extremely clean and tidy and one of the nicest houses we have stayed in….location to the racecourse was 5 min walk so ideal if staying for the races. Communication from the owner was great and all info needed sent to us by email. Neighbours very friendly.

Lovely comfortable stay in a well equipped, very clean, modern house.

The house is in a quiet new build estate close to the race course, town centre and Lakeside shopping. It was easy to get out to the countryside too. It was very quiet in the evenings. The house itself is cosy and comfortable. It was well equipped. Things like provision of handwash, towels and tea towels was very welcome. Milk, coffee and tea too. The house felt like it was set up to be a welcoming home from home. It was very clean. It was perfect for a couple but both bedrooms are good doubles so would be fine for two couples or a small family. If visiting in better weather, the garden and outdoor seating would be lovely.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. A few additions to the kitchen would be good, such as a cafetière and a dishwasher would’ve been great!
