Great location and with a few tweaks could be a lot better.

It’s location

The cleanliness wasn’t the best. The bin hadn’t been emptied and had a cigarette packet in it. There was a piece of chewing gum in the kitchen sink,the flush on the toilet didn’t work properly and I don’t think it had been hoovered as the were bits all over.

The location is the only thing that justifies spending any money here.

The whole place including the hallway smells disgusting and it's actually nauseating.Nothing was clean or wiped down, carpet not vacuumed. Would not stay here agin especially at £81 a night.

Extremely cold property, with no help from owners.

Location

It was so cold inside the property, you could see your breath. We had to sleep in our clothes. Absolutely zero communication. No reply to messages or the contact number given until after we had left the following day, to say the heater had been on before we arrived, we arrived at 8pm and it was freezing. Unacceptable.

Smart tv , location

Bed is very uncomfortable and needs updating , it’s was very warm and there is no fan available. To communicate with staff is very very difficult and asking £00 security deposit is too much for average place

Alright for a lads weekend away

Good central location. Easy access and instructions on how to gain access. Was fairly clean but did smell of damp. The outside are was a good addition

As previously stated it did smell of damp as soon as you entered the building. It's not possible to lock the room door from the inside as it's always accessible from the outside if you have the code. There's a lack of cutlery as there were no forks, there were also only 2 glasses which were really greasy and we didn't end up using them. The kitchen area is very close to the bed and would potentially be better suited where the bath is (which is in the same bedroom) having the bath in the bedroom was just bizzare, we knew it was there before we booked so not necessarily a complaint. There was a watermelon in the fridge, unsure if this was a gift?!

It didn’t look like the picture, no sofa? The bath didn’t get hot, carpet was unclean. I’m sure the bed was broke on one side or just well worn.

Miss sold room, no sofa bed

Great location, very clean

1st got the wrong code to get into the building, was meant to have a bed and a sofa bed, was only a bed.no sofa, they were going to move us but we were out on the drink, I got them to drop extra duvet and pillows and I ended on the floor, room was cold , didn't have a clue how to use the heating, was on but couldn't turn it up, Bothered to move us in the morning by which stage one of us had went home, so I could then use the bed, then they asked if the room was empty, no idiots I'm still in there , So miss sold a room , no sofa bed, door code wrong, then asking if room is empty, also didn't say where they would move us too, Never once offered a partial refund, not a pleasant experience

Poor communication and poor room.

Location and cleanliness

Unfortunately, I could not possibly recommend this apartment. Problem giving me outdated door security number. Tried contacting on the phone number provided to no avail. Eventually they a further email with correct security cde number. But I was 30 mins waiting, no personal contact at all . The shower is pathetic. A cheap electric shower which almost scalded me due to rapid temperature increase. It was cold when I finally got into the room. Turned heater on, 14hrs later still cold. Why have a bathroom ensuite and a bathtub in the bedroom??. The TV picture and sound is sporadic to say the least.

close to centre and within easy walking distance to train station. really clean with everything needed. apartment had cooking facilities also a iron and ironing board were supplied. room was clean and terrace was an added bonus.

remembering all door sequences for access to room. especially when phone ran out of battery.
