very reasonably priced and Abe was very helpful (even went and sourced me a hairdryer on a Sunday when I asked if there was one). it was very good value for money though!

location was exactly where I chose ie v centra but with the benefit of hindsight not great for a lone female traveller. A lot of night time noise from the rough sleepers outside. Would have been easily improved by little things like salt & pepper in the kitchen, some shampoo and a mirror somewhere near a plug socket. oh - and I couldn’t sleep after dawn because there are only office blinds not curtains in the bedroom.

location was perfect which was 90% of the reason we booked this specific property to start with. host was very helpful, friendly and responsive. the apartment itself had brand new appliances and heaters everything worked perfectly. would definitely stay here again :)

the bed was placed at an awkward angle BUT that is more to do with the way the room was built to begin with so it wasn't a big deal.

Good

Top floor city centre flat, very quite , 2mins from station. High ceilings with big windows. Very easy communication with host who left some useful kitchen items, clingfilm, foil, and water, oak milk, crisps, oat bar etc.Good bedroom with plenty of storage. Good bathroom with bath and shower. Flat very clean. £250 deposit returned with 7 days.

No separate sitting area., instead there is Two seater sofa is in kitchen, that has too many units for the size of flat. TV is on a table at right angles to the sofa, as per photo in description, with a two seater table between sofa and TV.
