The Homestead House

Location was town centre so close to Yorkshire outlet for shopping, racecourse , the dome, the house was very homely with off street parking

As it was on a main road it could be noisy with passing traffic, the weather was hot when we went and so windows were open which didn’t help, we were there for 8 days and a family of 4, the property had a washer dryer but no outside drying line, there was an airer so we took that outside but just felt a washing line would be useful in the enclosed garden , if you were only there a couple of days this wouldn’t be an issue

Lovely clean, modern and comfortable home from home.

For us the only thing was the trampoline had gone from the garden, wasn’t a huge issue.

We were told to stay in another property 2 weeks before our stay. We were then moved to a house in Hexthorpe which the area was not great compared to Intake. While the house was nice and clean, the showers were terrible - one would turn hot and cold all the time and the other We had to use the hand held. Upon requesting help, we were told a plumber came but the problem didn't resolve. When communicating with the property manager, she simply ignored us. As a customer returning for the third time, this was very disappointing experience.
