Wonderful stay – highly recommended!

I had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect — close to everything yet quiet and peaceful at night. The host was very kind, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Overall good stay

Spacious house and clean. Some toys were provided for kids which was nice surprise. There were fans available to use

One of the showers out of order (we weren’t informed) and unable to use dishwasher for any plates (all provided were too tall for this type of dishwasher and was hitting it). Baby cot not great - poor mattress and no bedding provided (no pillow and only large sofa blanket with no duvet or duvet cover for it)and no towel.

A pleasant house to stay in

The house was comfortable and well-provided. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and the beds were great. The kitchen diner is spacious. There was bread, milk, etc for us to use. Also tea-towels, toilet rolls, etc. The hosts were helpful. It was lovely to have a decorated Christmas tree indoors.

The "Nest" heating system was not familiar to us and there was no instruction manual. It also took us a while to get used to the door locking system. The instructions for the hot tub were detailed but the instruction to keep the HEAT button ON should have been in bold at the top! We lost some time waiting for it to heat back up again. Although the house was mostly very clean the stairs had not been vacuumed. We had to pay beforehand a large sum in case of damage and although this was returned in full I had to wait three days after we left the property to get it back.

An Excellent & comfortable 4 bedroom house in Doncaster: 3 double beds + 1 large single bed

The wall art in the kitchen dining room! This is a spacious, comfortable & functional/stylish house that met our needs as a family. The house has 3 double rooms with comfortable double beds & 1 single room with a single bed. Great bathrooms & en-suites. Also it has a lovely back garden with plenty’s of seating. And host Sarah was helpful & responsive when we got confused with the houses smart-hub after our 4 hour journey from London. The house gets 10 out of 10 for cleanness, comfort & a good instruction manual with clear & fair house rules

More coat hangers, we were in Doncaster for a long (wedding) weekend & there were only 2/3 hangers in each room.

Superb

The accommodation inside the house was lovely and we were very relaxed and home from home.. Very clean beds were lovely and comfortable even my 89 year old mum slept very well and could not stop talking about wootton house when she got back as there was a downstairs WC and shower and how comfortable her bed was. We were visiting to celebrating my Aunty's 90th Birthday which she was pleased to see us and make the effort to travel to Doncaster to meet her again who lived just a few miles away in Armthorpe. Will definitely book again next year for another trip. The pictures on booking.com do not do it justice. Four shower rooms cannot fault it. Fiona

Only observations back garden lawn was over grown could have been cut. The Bins not emptied and weeds growing around the front door and back garden would make it stand out more.

The House was in a great location for us, we were going to the races, so was perfect, the house was really lovely, great modern decor, comfy beds & spotlessly clean, our group consisted of 5 ladies, so having 3 showers was so good too.

Nothing we didn’t like, but when we booked we didn’t spot that the hot tub was chargeable @ £55 a night & minimum of 2 nights rental, although we were there for 2 nights we only would have used it for one as at the races the other day & night so that was disappointing when we realised, but it didn’t overshadow our weekend, we had a great stay, thank you 🙏🏻

The cleanliness of the bedrooms and every room in general was amazing. Easy to get in and out of as there was a lot of us staying, having no key made things so much easier. Bathroom’s we’re spotless too.

The house was clean, warm and comfortable with a nice welcome pack. Brilliant location with sufficient parking for two cars. we used it as a base to go to the races but would be equally good for the hospital or working in Doncaster.

Lovely house

Well equipped comfortable house. Loads of space. Nice lounge furniture to relax on. Nice clean spotless bathrooms. Had everything we needed including milk which was a nice touch. Thank you!

Property it’s self was wonderful couldn’t fault it. however we were woken up way too early due to noise disruption from work being carried out that morning. We did take this up with the owners who were very apologetic. This hasn’t effected our impression of the house as we’ve booked to stay here again later on this year!
