Large Balby Group Home for 10 with Fast WiFi- 3BR -Station Links

The host was exceptional, very friendly and professional as well. Offered to help in case we needed any maintenance issues. The host was proactive and responded quickly when we pointed out a cleaning concern.

Not completely the fault of the host, but the tree nearby makes a continuous mess shredding flowers that sticks to shoes and difficult to get out - which resulted in us cleaning the carpet at least three times each day. The outside toilet will need renovation and the main toilet requires a thorough industrial clean to make it clear white, bright and shiny. There is a serious vibration each time the toilet upstairs is flushed. The bathroom drainage pipes needs to be correctly checked and channelled properly, as it seems to leak into the kitchen wall.

Towels provided, netflix on tv, hosts very helpful when something was missing was replaced within 10 mins of a phone call, curtesy message day after asking if we needed any help with anything or any more clean towels ext which are not normally provided, house was lovely and warm, the beds was sooo comfy

Only 1 toilet in main bedroom but didn't affect our stay
