Okay for a overnight stay and close to Doncaster races.
The stairs were a problem, we had a elderly lady in our party who could not climb the stairs due to how steep they were. We had to book her into a hotel. Cleanliness could have been better, there were "no smoking" signs in the property but it smelled of stale cigarettes.
