I did not feel comfortable.

The location was close to the city centre

It was not clean . There was mould everywhere- the fridge, shower glass. Even the location to pick up the keys was not clean. The carpet and couch in the living room had stains. The rug was worn out. There were no basic supplies- no toothpaste, dish soap, shower gel, towels. The apartment had a weird smell. The toilet brush was worn out. Things were just not maintained which is a shame as it has potential.

The apartment was very clean, modern and in a convenient location for when I was attending an event (racecourse).

The apartment is just behind the Asda superstore so there is some noise from reversing and unloading lorries.

2 night stopover

Bright and airy in a nice area, plenty of parking, close to a supermarket and a huge fast food complex but absolutely no disturbance at all from either, across the road from the racecourse and with great bus links. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot, lounge was roomy and comfortable with all you need in the kitchen.

Kitchen could have been a tiny bit cleaner and the lounge would benefit from a carpet refresh but it was absolutely fit for purpose and I'd happily go back and will. Door buzzer had no numbers on so when my friend came over for a glass of vino and a takeaway she couldn't work out which buzzer to press and I had to go down to let her in, but that's a minor thing. A little tricky to find off the sat nav so follow the given directions carefully.

Needs a good clean

The size of the apartment was ideal

The apartment has not been getting cleaned properly floor’s dirty, not dusted properly, table needed cleaning spillages on it, sofa needed hovering lots of bits under cushions, cobwebs on windows, bedside tables also had spillages on them, blanket on bed had marks on it ( had not been washed ) so all this needs looking at

Good location for the racing and not a long walk into the town centre. Clean apartment with good facilities I would definitely stay again.

Handle broken in the bedroom so unable to open. The blind in the bedroom dose not block much light out & no curtain. So come 5am the bedroom is day light.

Great property, great location

The property was easy to access and the contact from owners was great and easy to follow.. It was clean and tidy and very well set out, had everything we needed for the stay. Quite area and friendly neighbours, great location with shops, restaurants within walking distance.

the property

I arrived at the property and was handed the keys by the cleaner, 20 minutes after been inside, the cleaner tried to gain entry with his key, he knew I was a woman on my own, tried to explain he had left something inside ? there wasn’t anything he had left, I told him he was illegally entering, but still entered, I was at the property less than 45 min and left, had a two night stay there, but for obvious reasons didn’t feel safe, shall not be booking with them ever again.

no check out instructions left inside property (I had to request). significant traffic noise. also light in bike shed only stays on for a few seconds which when checking in was difficult, particularly as a lone female traveller as it is dark at 5pm.

Great location and well fitted out, wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone, and very well priced.

The apartment and the location were great, and very well equipped. Communications and access into the property were very good and very easy. Nice comfy and well laid out, I would stay here again without hesitation.

No tea towel in the kitchen (there was paper towels though so we used them). I had asked for the use of the sofa bed but there was no sheets etc for it. The sofa bed is quite hard and not the most comfortable to sleep on.

Fantastic Value

What a little gem! Beautiful apartment that seemed almost new. Useful free parking directly outside. Comfortable bed and lounge area. Everything you need for a wonderful stay.
