Great location, lovely warm house, felt like a home .

The location is great for the city centre , 10 minute walk to the shops , 15 or so to the railway . Parking for one car was included, we managed to park right outside no problem . The house is warm, clean and has plenty of space , including an outdoor patio area. Large kitchen and separate utility with washing machine and tumble drier. The third bedroom is accessed through the second , and the stairs are quite steep, so be careful with tiny children or very elderly, but for us absolutely fine.

Nothing serious! Maybe could do with a few more cups, and remember to bring things like salt and pepper ! The outside front garden was a little untidy , but it’s a lovely tree lined street so loads of leaves everywhere doesn’t help

A pleasurable stay in Doncaster.

Property was close to the city centre. Clean and well presented with all the relative crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and appliances. Ideal for my needs. Host prompt to respond to any enquiries.

Spacious, stylish and cozy place to stay.

We liked how spacious the house was and bedrooms were comfy and well setup. Kitchen had everything we needed and the lounge was a comfy space to relax.

Some minor repairs here and there but good value for money for the space and facilities.

Great

We stayed as a party of four, three adults one teenager. Plenty of space for all. Visiting for a family occasion. The House was clean, well equipped with good WiFi. Really conveniently located to Doncaster Town Centre, 10 minute walk. Located on a quiet road. Local amenities were great, good mixture of shops International stores and great Turkish restaurants all within walking distance. If you needed basic groceries fresh bread eggs milk, or even something more exotic would highly recommend checking out the local shops. Our host was amazing very helpful always at the end of an email/phone if you needed any assistance. We travelled from London by train, and I would say that all in all this accommodation was exceptional value for money and we would definitely stay again.

Few things in need of attention Bathroom shower covered in black mould Plug socket coming off wall bedroom door doesn’t stay open on spring loaded hinge bedding could do with renewal and bathroom towels glasses dirty and there was washing in machine when we arrived!!

Good communication from the host with clear explanation as how to access the property. All appliances in good working order.

Would have liked access to a vacuum cleaner to hoover the floors as only a dustpan and brush available which was not ideal. No fans at the property but was able to open windows when the house became quite hot.

Excellent. Clean and comfortable house which was well equipped with all amenities. Great communication with host and parking permit sorted readily. Short walk to city centre and easy stroll to racecourse. All we were looking for.
