Disgusting experience
We can’t believe the condition of the property , as it was advertised as luxurious , this was the worst place we have stayed in a long time , the owner offered us a refund halfway through our stay , but then stopped replying once we asked how much the refund was , and has ignored me since , avoid this property and owning at all costs

Very basic, dirty, in need of redecorating and security desperately needs to be improved
The host was friendly and communication was good. Beds were comfortable.
Garden was unmaintained. And there was food, rubbish and a used dog poo bag on the grass. No outside furniture. There was a slight step between the kitchen and lounge, that was not clearly marked, which everyone tripped over. We asked for a key to the front door and was told a previous guest had left with it and the locked hadnt been changed so they didnt have one. Had to leave the chain on all night as it was a safety risk. Couldnt connect to the wifi. The window in the lounge didnt shut properly, there was a visible gap. Didnt have access to control the heating, had to message host to get it turned on. Window sills in the lounge were very dirty. On the last day we found something down the side of the sofa, which was very mouldy. Walls and paint work in general were all marked/worn off. In need of redecorating. The toilet system continuously trickles to refill, resulting in a bang every few minutes. You have to keep flushing the toilet until you can get it to stop. This happened all throughout the night. To the point where some of our party walked around the property and outside looking for an intuder/banging gate.

Whole house, private and spacious. Wifi and good tv provided. Location was nice quite and family friendly.
The toilet seat looked like it needed to be changed and the kitchen could have been cleaner. Mattresses were not comfortable unfortunately.
