Que para el precio que tiene lo veo bastante simple en cuestión de confort.

Sono stato in questo appartamento con 4 amici; molto accurato e confortevole a 10 minuti dal centro, zona centrale tranquilla piena di caffetterie per la colazione. Cucina attrezzata per farsi da mangiare e il terrazzo ottimo per apertivo serale. Perfetta la comunicazione con host che ci ha supportato via whatsapp sempre. Grazie di tutto.

the location was good- it was walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go.

this property needs a lot of maintenance. it looks old and tired. I’ll start at the front end of the apartment. the kitchen only has one power outlet. if you used the toaster it shorted the power. the kitchen is not well equiped and the frypan needs to be updated, and utensil draw needs to be filled. the main bathroom leaks water from showering. the shower is in a bath so there must be a leak in the plumbing. it doesn’t leak a little, it leaks a lot and the floor needs to be moped after each use. The bed didn’t have mattress protector. this a basic hygiene issues and need to be corrected. TV could be updated to smart tv so non English visitors can watch tv. the apartment needs to be painted as all the walls are marked. the terrace is large but there is no shade, no umbrella. the outdoor lounge has no cushions so was not comfortable. it was a disappointing stay- I would not recommend .
