Great location clean apartment

It was very clean and kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Location was excellent, 5 minutes from supermarket and major shopping centre.

The pull out double bed wasn’t the most comfortable and the bedroom window which was in the shower was occasionally lit whenever next door used their bathroom which was annoying if you need to sleep in complete darkness. As shown in my picture in the middle of the night.

Excellent location near the city center and markets, 2 air conditioners, well equipped kitchen. Self check-in and check-out. Good support.

No tea and coffee, and even no sugar and salt. The bed takes up the entire room and there is no access to the toilet and shower. Very noisy from the street and from the neighbors. You will hear all the conversations and toilet/shower sounds.

Nice and newly refurbished house, very close to the city centre

The host gave us clear information about the check in and the house. The location is very comfortable to visit Malaga city centre, the parking was a little tricky as most parking around the accommodation we're for 2 hours max

No tea or coffee were provided, unfortunately we arrived when all the neatby shops were closed and we had to go to the city centre to get some instant coffee from a convenience store for our next day's breakfast.

No no and NO.

Comfortable bed with lot of pillows Close to the centre

I cannot really believe I paid 303 euro for 3 nights for one person for this... First of all, considering 22 square meters room as an apartment is a JOKE. This is simply very tiny room without a single closet. Despite it's proximity to the center, the street of the location is awful. There is a kind of manhole cover in front of the door so every approaching car can be really heard. Also lot of bikers and drunky people around. There is only a single wall and door before the place you sleep at and the street. Another thing is the temperature in the room. I stayed during May and it was already pretty challenging, I cannot imagine how people cope with this in the summer. An A/C is a must! Don't be stingy and have one installed. Door was making irregularly cracking noise and there were big ants coming from under the kitchen facilities... Also I haven't met the owner and in general he/she is hard to reach what is another issue if there is something urgent. Regulating temperature in the shower is really tricky. This was my karma for making a Booking one day before arrival because before I had on my sight much better and cheaper options. Very bad value for the money. My advice: Stay away and rather book something else.

Clean and cozy place to stay

The renovations are new, a very sunny apt with a good location. The contact is responsive and friendly. All the info for the apt is provided timely.

There is no AC. Quite hot at night, and the fan is not strong enough. We opened the windows during the night, which was a mistake, cuz many mosquitoes fly in and we got a bad night's sleep.

What a lovely stay, we enjoyed so much!

We were placed at the ground floor which is good for us since we came with little boy, apartment very central located everything on foot within 5-20mins on foot , 5mins walk to Mercado malaga, 3mins to Lidl & a few more closed by, very quiet event apartment is in the local community and we hardly heard any voice from outside, very clean, all equipped with almost new furniture & kitchen facilities, bet this was newly renovated. We enjoyed so much and we certainly will be backed again next year. Thank you Adri x

All good, except the toilet shower area, i believe the seal underneath was slightly worn off and water was leaking from the small hole, we had to wipe off the water everytime we’ve done shower.

L'appartamento era piccolino ma.dotato di tutto ,,il posto letto per mia figlia era il divano.pulito e vicino al centro

C'era un cattivo odore di umidità, non abbiamo trovato subito la box key perché posizionata sul lato della porta principale, e la zona pur vicina al centro era un una posizione della città un po degradata.

Apartamentos muy bien reformados y cómodos.

Los apartamentos estan muy bien reformados por dentro.

Hay un apartamento que no tenia aire acondicionado, y creo que es necesario por el calor que hacen en Málaga. Los otros dos si que tenían. La puerta que comunica con el exterior no cierra bien y se puede abrir con un simple golpe.

Buena ubicación y equipamiento, pero con problemas de ruido y luminosidad

El alojamiento está muy bien equipado, con una cocina completa que incluye todo lo necesario para cocinar cómodamente. El baño es moderno y funcional, y el colchón resulta especialmente cómodo, lo que garantiza un buen descanso. Además, la ubicación es excelente.

La insonorización del alojamiento deja bastante que desear, ya que se escuchaba con claridad todo el ruido que viene de la calle. Por las mañanas, entra mucha luz natural, lo que puede resultar incómodo para quienes prefieren descansar hasta más tarde. Además, durante mi estancia, había obras en la casa de al lado, lo cual generaba bastante molestia debido al constante ruido de taladros.

Problema con la reserva

Hicimos reserva de 4 apartamentos un año antes y cuando lleguemos solo teníamos uno y éramos 13 personas ( 10 de eyas tuvimos que pasar el finde semana en la calle) según la gestora del apartamento fue problema de Booking pero ninguno me dio una solución

Muchísimo calor y nada de ventilación

Me asfixie de calor! Hacía como 42 grados y no había aire acondicionado. Solo un pequeño ventilador, terrible! No se podía abrir la ventana porque no hay seguro ni rejas y cualquier persona que pasaba por la calle te veía e incluso podía meter la mano dentro del dto. En general el dto era lindo y cómodo pero sin Aire acondicionado y con esas temperaturas de verano imposible estar dentro. Una pena

Soggiorno da incubo

La struttura è in una posizione comoda per raggiungere i principali punti di interesse, ma all’interno di un quartiere mal tenuto, sporco e con soggetti (soprattutto nelle ore serali) non troppo raccomandabili.

Al nostro arrivo abbiamo avuto problemi con la cassetta che contiene le chiavi e nonostante le ripetute chiamate allo staff, nessuno ha risposto se non diverso tempo dopo tramite messaggio. All’interno, l’appartamento è caldo, le ventole a soffitto non sono sufficienti a rinfrescare e il pinguino fornito invece di refrigerare crea maggiore umidità, e comunque risulta inutilizzabile dal momento che produce un rumore così forte da impedire di rilassarsi, figuriamoci di dormire! Durante la settimana abbiamo avuto problemi con formiche e insetti vari e l’unica soluzione che ci è stata fornita dalla proprietà è stata la frase: “abbiamo già disinfestato, in questo periodo c’è caldo e ne escono molte”. Abbiamo quindi acquistato trappole e spray che abbiamo dovuto applicare da sole (praticamente abbiamo anche fatto un favore a loro). L’appartamento in generale si presenta bene, ma è pieno di muffa e l’areazione del bagno non funziona bene. In sintesi è stato il peggior soggiorno di sempre, sia per quanto riguarda l’appartamento sia per la scortesia dello staff.

Mejoren

Me gustó la ubicación, que tenia mucha iluminación natural y en la cocina había lo que necesitaba.

Quiero hacer varias críticas constructivas, desde que entramos al apartamento el lugar se sentía como un horno de lo caliente qué estaba( no había aire acondicionado) , en lo encendimos los ventiladores nos empezaron a picar los ojos por el exceso de producto de limpieza qué había en el suelo el cual estaba pegajoso y tuvimos que limpiarlo, también había mucha hormiga, y con respecto al baño es preferible que esté afuera de la habitación para que todos los huéspedes puedan usarlo en todo momento. Tampoco tenía lavadora, deben mejorar todo eso.

Un horno

Lo mejor es la ubicación, entre unos 5 y 10 minutos andando del casco histórico.

La ubicación del alojamiento se ve que está en una zona conflictiva, no tuvimos ningún percance pero no me gustaba pasar por esas calles tarde en la noche ya que se veía... gente conflictiva. El edificio está reformado y han creado mini-apartamentos. El problema empieza al acceder al portal, es como entrar en un horno, notar calor y humedad (además la puerta de entrada al edificio no cierra bien y se abre solo empujando) además de una sola bombilla en el primer piso (totalmente insuficiente para los distintos rellanos). La habitación es horrible, desde luego no se puede dormir en ella del tremendo calor que hace a todas horas, se está mejor en la calle que en el apartamento. Los ventiladores de techo son insuficientes y el climatizador de hielo solo hace un ruido infernal. Además es minúscula, la cama es abatible y cuando la abres ocupa todo el ancho de la habitación haciendo imposible pasar al baño sin saltar por encima de la cama y de tu pareja. No, ni es cómodo ni agradable. Y pensé en pasar la segunda noche en un hotel cercano por la cantidad de incomodidades del apartamento. En cuanto a los anfitriones, pues totalmente informal (ya te avisan ellos de esto en los mensajes para recoger las llaves) ya que solo se basa en intercambio de mensajes. No recomendable.

La ibicacion esta muy bien. La limpieza era buena.

La distribucion de la vivienda es mala. Hay una habitacion que no se ventila. Hay ventiladores que mueve el aire caliente pero no son suficientes.

No lo recomiendo

La verdad es que no tenía aire acondicionado teniendo en cuenta el calor que hace en Junio, por la noche no se podía dormir avía mucho ruido en la calle y los inquilinos de los demás apartamentos que estaban alquilados no paraban de hacer ruido muy fuerte como música muy alta a las tres de la mañana o patadas a las puertas. Por otro lado nunca me enviaron el código para lrecoger la llaves y tuvimos que llamar para que nos lo dieran teniendo que esperar en la calle hasta que nos lo enviaran.

Muy cómoda

Lo de no tener que esperar a nadie y poder coger las llaves con el código. Porque además se nos retrasó el avión y tenía la tranquilidad de no tener que avisar a nadie.

Hacía muchísimo calor. Está bien tener los ventiladores pero es cierto que es un piso que es bastante caluroso. Y tendrían que revisar la ducha porque se inunda y sale agua fuera.

A 5 minuti a piedi dal centro, appartamento piccolo ma carino.

Purtroppo l’odore di fogna era in tutto il palazzo e quindi anche dentro casa. Mancava il lenzuolo per il divano, abbiamo provato a contattare l’host ma non abbiamo ricevuto risposta.

Bon séjour à Malaga

L'appartement est bien placé et permet de découvrir la ville a pieds, l'immeuble et le quartier sont calmes. Tous les équipements sont neufs et c'est très propre.

Le lit quand il est déplié prend toute la place et ne permet pas d'accéder à la salle de bains. Donc je déconseille de prendre cet appartement à plus de 2 personnes.

Fast alles gut, aber zu laut.

Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, nur wenige Minuten ins Stadtzentrum zu laufen. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man brauchte, teilweise noch neu und originalverpackt.

Es war wirklich sehr, sehr laut draußen auf der Straße. Da kann der Vermieter nichts dafür, aber wir konnten kaum schlafen und würden aus diesem Grund auch leider nicht mehr wiederkommen.

Mal olor de las cañerías, insonorizacion mala. Había mucho mosquito dentro de la habitación deberían de colocar mosquiteras. Pero tiene muchas más cosas positivas que negativas.

Mancando aria condizionata, ci sono ventole , se apri le finestre ti invadono le zanzare . Scarico della doccia nn funzionava e allagava il bagno. La sera prima di partire abbiamo inviato messaggio di richiesta per lasciare bagagli . Nessuna risposta alle mail e nemmeno alle chiamate la mattina . dopo il check out ha risposto che in centro a malaga è pieno di servizi di questo tipo
