STAY AWAY at all cost: Terrible place, dirty, run down, fake pictures

Nothing except for its location

STAY AWAY. It is a fraud. It is a cheap and completely run down place that does match in anyway the pictures on Booking.com. The room was packed with beds for 6 people unlike the pictures. Wall papers coming off and hanging from the wall. Naked electrical cables on the wall and floor. Dirty, tired and broken furniture. Stains everywhere on Sofa and… I left the property 20 mins after check in and went to hotel. Despite sending pictures they only gave me refund for one night and Booking.com was zero help. Really disappointed. Don’t get into same trap. You don’t want to stay in this place even for free.

Great location, very close to Old town and afordable for a November stay

It was messy as I'm not used to talking to a chat, but they were attentive anyway. There is only one key to the main entranc,e so the other person had to download the app to open, which can be inconvenient if you are low on batter,y but in general it was very good! I would repeat!

Maybe the cleanliness of the floor and the fact that there are no simple things like shoes to go around the bathroom, basic kitchen necessities for a short stay, like salt or coffee. Also, having a bathroom in a room can be inconvenient, but if with family, it is all good.

Whilst ok for us, the stairs could be challenging for less able people. Security is excellent but needs a little IT savvy to negotiate app based lock.

Great place to stay in Malaga

Check-in was incredibly smooth and the host demonstrated excellent responsiveness, making the arrival process a breeze. The apartment was really clean, a detail that truly enhanced our comfort. Furthermore, the location struck a perfect balance – wonderfully quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently close to the historical city centre. This allowed for easy access to all the main attractions while still providing a tranquil retreat at the end of the day.

Aan de rand van centrum Malaga. Goede communicatie met host via app. Goede wifi. Prima bedden.

Kookplaat enigszins versleten, tiptoetsen werkten nauwelijks. Moesten sleutel van buitendeur achterlaten in box, maar toen bleek buitendeur afgesloten, zodat we het pand niet konden verlaten.

Alloggio semplice da raggiungere, abbastanza comodo e vicino al centro storico di Malaga.

L'alloggio si trova a qualche centinaio di metri dalla fermata della Cercania di Malaga-C. Alameda ed è una posizione comoda da raggiungere e per raggiungere il centro storico della città. Fa parte di una serie di altri alloggi siti in un piccolo complesso (quello a me assegnato si trova in Calle Obispo 22). Pur avendo avuto piccoli problemi con l'apertura della porta principale del complesso e della porta dell'appartamento (aprendosi tramite un codice che viene fornito il giorno dell'arrivo e/o tramite una chiave che troverete nell'appartamento e/o tramite app indicata dall'host), la risoluzione è stata praticamente immediata contattando i numeri i forniti dall'host. Chi si è occupato di aiutarmi a risolvere le problematiche è stato prontamente reperibile, gentilissimo ed efficiente, pur se non fisicamente presente nella struttura (è riuscito ad aiutarmi nonostante il mio spagnolo maccheronico!). La pulizia dell'appartamento è affidata agli ospiti, e in casa viene fornito un kit (con spugnetta, pezzetta, due pastiglie per lavatrice e sacco della spazzatura di ricambio) con detersivo per piatti, scopa, paletta, mocio e secchio per l'acqua. Troverete inoltre un paio di asciugamani per ospite, una piccola saponetta in bagno e, in doccia, un flacone a muro di doccia-shampoo (nel cassetto del bagno ho anche trovato un phon normale, non i soliti che si trovano in hotel e servono a poco!!!). L'appartamento è fornito di stoviglie, forno a microonde, lavatrice e asciugatrice (queste ultime non le ho utilizzate quindi non saprei dire nulla sul funzionamento), fornello a induzione, lavandino.

I miei consigli per migliorare la qualità del soggiorno, rispetto alla mia esperienza, e sono: 1. fornire, se possibile, confezioni monodose per condimenti (per chi magari fa la spesa e mangia in appartamento), tipo zucchero, sale, etc. e, magari, per soggiorni relativamente lunghi, effettuare almeno di default un cambio asciugamani (non so poi se, su richiesta, potessero essere cambiati, non ci ho pensato a provare); 2. prestare attenzione alla pulizia dei luoghi comuni, frequentati da un paio di adorabili mici (che amo, ma si sa quanto sia terribile l'odore della loro pipì, se fatta per sbaglio in giro e non in lettiera o luoghi appositi); 3. con queste accortezze ritengo che il prezzo, un po' altino rispetto alla qualità complessiva dell'alloggio (ma magari giustificato dalla vicinanza al centro e ai principali punti di trasporto), nel quale, per carità, si trova lo stretto indispensabile, sarebbe più equilibrato; 4. non ho capito se ci fosse comunque una reception fisica nel complesso, se così non fosse, sarebbe utile istituirla, quantomeno per gli arrivi di giorno, per eventuali difficoltà connesse, come detto, all'aperture di porte e portoni! Per il resto, nulla da dire, consiglio comunque il posto.

Lo único bueno: aire acondicionado y cerca del centro

Lo único "bueno" fue la distancia hasta el centro de la ciudad.

La limpieza es pésima, empezando por el ascensor que estaba averiado durante toda la semana que nos alojamos y anteriormente a nuestra llegada, subimos las escaleras y estaba todo manchado como de barro y se notaba que llevaba tiempo (adjunto imagen), hasta que nos fuimos seguía ahí (7 días). El alojamiento tenía pelos por todos lados, sobre todo en toallas y suelo. Los cajones mejor no abrirlos porque no sabías lo que te podías encontrar. Las escaleras del alojamiento si pisabas mal cuidado... y por si fuera poco no hay ventilación ninguna, lo que mueve el aire son los aires acondicionados que hay en las dos plantas. Lo único bueno la distancia al centro y que nos tocó un duplex tranquilo, de resto, demasiado caro para lo que dispone el alojamiento. La fianza tarda en devolverla, dependiendo del banco de cada uno.

Excelente ubicación. Apartamento extremadamente cómodo y espacioso. Buena ubicación y cocina bien equipada. Encontrar aparcamiento es un problema, pero tuvimos suerte y conseguimos encontrar uno en la calle cerca del apartamento los tres días.

El cheque fue extremadamente complicado. Muchos envíos de mensajes a través de la aplicación booking de reservas y WhatsApp. Me enviaron mensajes preguntando por qué no pagaba un depósito, pero no podía pagar el depósito hasta el último día antes de entrar al apartamento. Pagué un 10% más por el alojamiento en comparación con el precio que se muestra en el sitio web de reservas. Solo vi eso después de hacer la reserva.presta atención a esto. También se requiere un depósito de 150 EUR, pero esto sólo es posible el día de la entrada al apartamento. Mi depósito fue devuelto recién después de 15 días.

La limpieza no estaba bien. Tambien éramos cuatro personas y nos pusieron servicio de baño para dos. Tuvimos que llamar para el cambio de toallas y nos trajeron para tres.

Un appartement idéal pour découvrir la belle ville de Malaga et sa région !

Nous avons aimé notre séjour dans cet appartement idéal pour son emplacement, calme, à proximité du magnifique centre ville qu'on peut faire à pieds , tout comme des commerces utiles pour les besoins de tous les jours... Super ! Merci pour le personnel qui nous a accueilli en fesant tout pour que les informations en français nous soient envoyées !

Juste un petit plus à ajouté au confort de cette appartement, c'est d'équiper les fenêtres de rideaux voile pour garder l'intimité en ouvrant les volets.

Je reviendrai à Malaga et je prendrai le même logement

Le logement est en duplex et spacieux et pratique pour une famille avec des enfants. L'emplacement était plus que bien. Le centre ville touristique est à 10 - 15 minutes de marche, le Shopping mall "Larios" est à 15 - 20 min de marche. Très très proche des Mercados, exemple Lidl, Dia est à 3 minutes de marche. La personne interlocutrice au téléphone "Esperanza" était tout efficace et répondait à toutes mes questions. Merci Esperanza.

Buena ubicación en el centro de Málaga, el apartamento estaba limpio y bien equipado. El proceso de check-in fue sencillo gracias a las cerraduras digitales. Recomendado para una estancia cómoda en la ciudad.
