Bardzo blisko centrum, duże mieszkanie z dwiema łazienkami, winda. Na przeciwko sklep spożywczy. Czyste reczniki, kapsułki do ekspresu, prania i zmywarki. Bardzo duży plus za kosmetyki w łazience, żel, szmpon i odżywka do włosów. Ogólnie przytulne mieszkanie z potencjałem.
Niestety duży hałas z ulicy, gdyby były rolety zewnętrzne byłoby ciszej. Trzeba zostawić instrukcje do piecyka, ponieważ działa inaczej niż nasze w Polsce. Grzeje wodę a po zużyciu dopiero dwie godziny później więc musieliśmy czasami myć się w zimnej, nim to ogarnelismy. Telewizor jest niezaprogramowany więc nie mieliśmy co oglądać wieczorem. Sofa na dole w moim odczuciu średnio wygodna. Proponuje wymienić w dolnej łazience słuchawkę od prysznica, bo ciężko się myć jak brakuje cisnienia i z węża leje się woda.

Brak balkonu, mimo, że w ofercie widniało to udogodnienie, bardzo słabe ciśnienie wody w łazience na dole uniemożliwiające wzięcie prysznica
