The location is great - between the main Train station and the center. There are many supermarkets , bakeries and restaurants near by. The apartment is well equipped and it contains anything you might need during your stay.
The apartment is on the ground level and its noisy when there is someone outside. The bathroom was a bit dirty when we came , but I messaged the host and they cleaned in the next day.
Don't Come during their Holly week (before Easter) because you won't sleep at all. These guys are crazy by doing procession at 1:30 AM - the whole parade is going by this street.
Anyway I recommend this apartment.

Super location between the main railway station and the old town, in a quiet residential area, one block each way from main streets. Open plan, ground floor, secure - I felt safe. Very comfortable bed, powerful shower. Owner/manager available 24/7 on Whatsapp and very responsive to queries.
Nothing! We would happily stay here again.

Гарна квартира з чудовим розташуванням, поруч магазини, швидкий дохід до старого центру, до залізничного вокзалу та метро. Всього 15хв пішки до пляжу та гарної набережної.
В квартирі чисто, доволі багато посуду, та різна техніка, необхідна для готовки. Зручні ліжка, є рушники та засоби гігієни для кожного гостя. Дали 2 звʼязки ключів, що дуже-дуже зручно.
Хост завжди був на звʼязку, дозволили трошки пізніший чек-аут. Також доступний локер для речей, якщо ви плануєте прогулятися в день після виїзду.
Єдине, про що можна згадати - це невеличка по ширині душова кабінка, яка може бути незручна до використання для більш великих людей, або тих, хто страждає на клаустрофобію.
Все інше - було дуже добре.

Close to the center, 15 minutes walking.
There were some cockroaches 🪳 and ants 🐜 in the room and my partner got so scared. The bed is too small for two people. One had to sleep on the couch. Our flat was on the street so you get some noise though it dies down in the evening but you still get it every now and again. There is a cafeteria on the same street so lots of customers and chit chatting can be heard.
