Perfect

The property was lovely and quiet within easy walking distance to facilities and the prime tourist area. We loved being out of the centre of tourist activity yet close enough to enjoy it. The spacious apartment gave us a much needed chance to reorganise at the midpoint of our travels.

Nice stay in Malaga

Big, spacious, clean room. Good location, close to many means of transportation. Easy to get to beaches or tourist attractions.

The fact that the apartment has an entrance to the street means that the noise outside is very loud. Of course, the noise outside is not the owner's fault, but it's good to know that it can be disturbing. The window does not open very much and it is difficult to ventilate considering that the door opens onto the street. There was a slight smell of dampness.

Great location, poor comfort

The apartment is a former grocery shop that has been converted into a holiday flat, with direct access from the street. As a result, it gets very noisy due to the restaurant directly opposite and nearby traffic. Security could be improved with the addition of an internal lock, as I did not feel entirely safe. The entrance is visible from the street, making it easy for passersby to observe the door code being entered. Directions to the apartment could be clearer, as the name of the apartment did not appear properly on Google Maps.The interior was rather basic and cheaply furnished. Hand wash and toiletries were not provided. The floor and sofa fabric were noticeably dirty. Additionally, the refrigerator was extremely loud, and combined with the outside noise, it was difficult to sleep without earplugs. Also nothing says ‘holiday’ quite like being asked to take out your own rubbish.

very comfortable stay but hosts were not available for my needs. walls are thin & there was a crying baby next door.

Nice set up for a traveler.I enjoyed the kitchen, washing machine, and spacious bedroom & Living room. Location was perfect, close to train & bus station yet walkable to all attractions.

The hosts were NOT available at the time we agreed I’d arrive. I did end up getting in however their door w the code is totally in the dark(needed light from iPhone). Also had to message hosts 3 times to get the Wi-Fi password. (?) why not just leave it in the apt.? Coffeemaker did not work.

Very good

The studio is clean, basic, but good for two people. It is very close to the train station and the central bus station, what makes it very comfortable if you want to travel to other cities in Andalusia. The studio overlooks to inner street which is calm during the night. It is about 20 min walk to the city center and 5-7min walk to the train station.

You should be aware that there is a security deposit of 150 euro for this studio . It is not written clearly in the reservation, you should look at the additional information in the booking. The coffee machine was not working, but there was a kettle. On overall we didn't like much that we were not met in person, but the communication with the owners/agency was OK.

VERY dirty. hair all over the floor and furniture. when we were washing dishes we got hair all over the plates because the kitchens towels were full of hair (!!!). sofa was stained and very dirty, bed linen was stained as well. apartment was on ground floor so we couldn’t have the curtains open because people looked directly in. very loud at night with drunk people just outside the door, one night someone tried to open our door. very limited light into the apartment because we just had the one window.

Best location for travelling around

Extreme good location for local sightseeing and visiting nearby places from Malaga: car rental (0min), restaurants and tapas bars (1-2min), range of supermarkets and shops (2min), metro station (3min), rail station (5min), main bus lines (2-4min), shopping mall (5min), historic centre (5min), far side of historic centre (20min). Very well designed apartment, pictures and description were all spot on on Booking. Responsive host, easy access, calm street.

The bed was way too small, I appreciate it might be the local standard but it was a bit uncomfortable. Hard and thick pillows were not appreciated either. Kitchen could be a little bit more equipped but it's very usable in general.

The AC water was dripping everytime I used it. Also, the automatic check in didn't work because of power breakdown (which was planned by city and not the fault of the accommodation provider)

blisko dworca kolejowego, blisko sklepów spożywczych, łatwe dojście do “starówki”, opiekun mieszkania bardzo pomocny i szybko odpisujący.

nie tyle co nie podobało co należy mieć na uwadze, że mieszkanie jest zaadaptowanym lokalem użytkowym czy innym garażem. wejście jest bezpośrednio z ulicy co oznacza, że może być za głośno / chłodno. podkreślam to nie są wady, ot mogą zaskoczyć i będzie zdziwienie, że o 22 hałasują piesi, a o 7 jeżdżą auta.

Alles super und gerne wieder

Sehr gute Lage, alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und dank nahegelegenem Bahnhof auch vom Flughafen her sehr gut zu erreichen. Der Kontakt mit den Angestellten per WhatsApp war super, auch eine spontane Verlängerung ließ sich supereinfach abwickeln. Auf alle Fragen haben wir innerhalb weniger Minuten eine Antwort erhalten. Ein Bonus ist außerdem das Café gegenüber, wo man preiswerten, guten Kaffee bekommt, das Frühstück dort (inklusive der veganen option) war auch echt gut 😊

Die Unterkunft ist sehr hellhörig (war für uns kein Problem, weil wir e viel unterwegs waren, könnte aber für andere Gäste relevant sein 😊), ein kleines Missverständnis beim Check-out, das sich aber durch den guten Kontakt mit der Vermietung gut und schnell regeln ließ.

Appartamento accogliente e proprietari gentilissimi

Appartamento molto grande, arioso e vivibile. Presenti tutte le comodità e anche la lavatrice. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e ci ha anche permesso di lasciare i bagagli prima del check-in previsto. Comodo per tutti i servizi, il centro si raggiunge in 10 minuti ma è comunque vicino a molti ristoranti e supermercati e soprattutto a un grosso mercato che ci è stato utile. Ci tornerei

L’appartamento è al piano terra e si accede proprio dalla strada, questo fa sì che si sentano un po’ di rumori come passanti e camion delle pulizie, per noi comunque non è stato un problema.

Ben ubicat, però a peu de carrer

La ubicació, al costat de l'estació de tren. L'espai, confortable i ben equipat. Comunicació, per whatsapp, fluida.

El preu, propi de la Málaga actual. En arribar no hi havia ni una trista ampolleta d'aigua.(càpsules de cafè amb llet, sí). Mini ampolletes de sabó i xampú en comptes de granel. A peu de carrer.
