Overall nice apartment in a fully renovated building close to the centre. The staff was responsive to whatever questions we had. Nice touch with the user-dedicated kitchen package that included dish soap, sponge, etc. They seem to pay attention to the reviews left earlier this year and improve (e.g there’s enough soap and shower gel now)

It was cold inside, no matter what the assistance we got virtually or by setting it correctly finally. It seemed to be a general problem of the ventilation/heating system which is centrally managed. Someone from their staff was there to check what was going on, but it didn’t improve, at least during our stay. Some dishes weren’t spotlessly clean, so we needed to wash them again before use. Also beware of the code system at the apartment door, if you have thicker thumbs you might have issues of typing the code multiple times wrongly :)
