Stay with us in this spacious studio apartment, which has everything you need for your stay, including a free breakfast.
The living room overlooks a quiet street, and you can relax on a comfortable three-seater sofa and, if you’d like, enjoy the smart TV, where you can log in to your Netflix, HBO Max, Prime Video, Movistar, YouTube, and other accounts to watch your favorite shows.
The kitchen is open to the living room and has everything you need if you decide to cook during your stay: a fridge-freezer, a glass-ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, an electric kettle, and all the necessary kitchenware. For dining, there’s a dining table and chairs.
When it’s time to rest, there’s a 150x200 cm double bed and a very comfortable sofa bed that converts to a 140x190 cm bed.
There’s a bathroom with a comfortable rain shower, a hair dryer, soap, body wash, and shampoo.
We offer Wi-Fi so you can enjoy seamless internet access—whether you want to watch a TV show, share your photos, video chat with your family, or work if you have no other choice.
There’s also central air conditioning and heating throughout the entire apartment, so you don’t have to worry about the summer heat or the winter cold.
In addition, we offer a complimentary light breakfast so you can grab a bite before heading out. We’ll leave you a basket with everything you need so you can enjoy it however and whenever you like. Breakfast includes: milk, coffee, herbal teas, bread, olive oil, butter, jam, and something sweet. If you have any allergies or food intolerances, please let us know 48 hours before your arrival.

- Bachelor and bachelorette parties, as well as similar events or parties, are not permitted.
- Smoking is prohibited.
- Pets are not allowed.

- Please be considerate of our neighbors.
- The number of guests must match the number indicated in the reservation.
- Whenever you leave, remember to lock the door and turn off the lights and the air conditioning/heating.
- In accordance with current regulations, we are required to provide the personal information of all guests to the authorities. Therefore, when you confirm your reservation, we’ll send you the information to check in online, where you’ll need to provide your personal information before your arrival date. Once you’ve completed online check-in, you’ll receive an entry code for the exterior door and another for your apartment.
