APARTAMENTO EN EL CENTRO, TRANQUILO Y LUMINOSO

Nos hospedamos en este apartamento en Málaga y la experiencia fue excelente. Todo estuvo súper bien desde el primer momento: el lugar estaba limpio, cómodo y muy bien equipado. Pero lo que más destacamos es la ubicación, que es perfecta para moverse por la ciudad y disfrutar de todo lo que ofrece Málaga. Además, el propietario fue increíblemente amable y atento. Tuvimos un pequeño percance porque se nos perdieron las llaves del coche, y en todo momento estuvo dispuesto a ayudarnos con mucha paciencia y disposición. También queremos destacar el servicio de limpieza y el trato en general, que fue muy profesional y cercano. Sin duda, una estancia de 10. ¡Lo recomendamos totalmente y repetiríamos sin pensarlo!

The apartment has an excellent location – close to the city centre, yet situated on a quiet and very beautiful street. The space itself is not cramped and offers enough room to live comfortably. There is a large wardrobe with plenty of hangers, and overall the apartment is well equipped: kitchen utensils, towels, soap, shampoo, dishwashing liquid, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and even extra bedding in the closet. The Wi-Fi connection worked perfectly, with clear instructions provided. The host also kindly allowed us to check in about half an hour earlier than planned, which was appreciated.

Unfortunately, the apartment was only superficially clean – on closer inspection there were hairs under the furniture, in drawers, and spider webs in some corners. The washing machine smelled unpleasant, so I ran a short rinse cycle to see if the smell would improve, but during that cycle the machine leaked water from several places and even produced smoke at the end. The host was informed immediately but never replied during our stay. The sofa was stained and smelled bad, so it wasn’t usable. The kitchen tap and the area under the bathtub were also leaking. Although there is a bathtub, the amount of hot water from the boiler is too limited to take a proper bath. Also, the clothes-drying rack is fixed outside under the window, and there were no clips provided to secure clothes. Overall, the apartment has good potential, but it clearly needs more thorough cleaning, maintenance, and attention from the host.
