Estaba todo nuevo, cocina bastante bien equipada. Ubicación buenísima, a nada del centro y soho pero en una calle semipeatonal súper tranquila. La comunicación con el encargado súper fluida y dando facilidades para todo.
Echamos de menos que hubiese otra butaca (nuestro apto tenía solo una) y que la ventana fuese oscilobatiente para poder abrir un poquito por la noche sin tener q abrirla completa estando al nivel de la calle.

Apartamento a estrenar, todo muy cuidado y pensado para el tamaño que es. Excelente trato con el anfitrión. Ubicación ideal y excelente tb calidad-precio. Enhorabuena y ánimo con el negocio
Faltaban un para de sillas para poder desayunar y comer ya que no había mucho espacio (yo dejaría un par de plegables. Se nota que donde estaba el armario debería ir la mesa y viceversa, pero eso son gustos. Instrucciones para los aparatos eléctricos no están de más.

La ubicación es perfecta. Calle tranquila a 5/10 min de todo. El apartamento es muy nuevo y tiene de todo. Nos comentaron que estaban por llegar las mamparas para la ducha y que están también pensando en añadir algo de decoración (algo de tema marino sería fantástico 😉).Está todo muy limpio. El trato fue fantástico tanto en persona como por WhatsApp.
Nos gustó todo, pero echamos en falta una segunda silla para poder tomar un café o lo que sea en el apartamento, ya que sólo había una al lado de una pequeña mesita.
