Comfortable and spacious with a few drawbacks.

Very specious. Two good sized bedroom. The third is an extension of one room with a connecting slide window - good for families who want to check in on children. The living area is big and well-arranged

The bedroom needs attention. The bath is hard to climb in and out of. The shower hose is too short and cuts off the water supply unless you hold it in your hand. The flat was listed as accessible, but between the kitchen/living area and the bedrooms there are two steps down. It means it is not suitable for disabled people. Fortunately the two reduced mobility people I was with could negotiate the steps, but the flat should not be listed as accessible.

We would rent it again.

Size and location. This was an apartment designed for family, 3 bedrooms. Came equipped with crib and children's toys, which we did not need. The beach and downtown were only a 15 to 20 minute walk away. Paid parking on the street, but if you timed it right, it wasn't. huge expense, as the parking at the beach was free. Also, there s an elevator. Important for travellers like us with a bad hip and back.

Spotty WIFI during the day(it was better at night) and lukewarm response by text from staff. Not a big concern, as we weren't visiting France for online experience anyway.

The lobby isn’t very clean or attractive but nice once you get inside. Pillows were not comfortable at all.

We Won't be Back.

The communication with the owner was very good. The location of the flat was excellent, being close to town, the beach, and the railway station. The beds were comfy. Dieppe itself is a lovely seaside resort with lots to offer.

Of the six rooms in the apartment, only two have windows which make it dark and very stuffy. This is not mentioned in the marketing blurb. Our daughter's room was especially bad. The property is barely adequately equipped, with only small drinking tumblers, no oven gloves (try taking a cooked pizza out of the oven without burning your hands), and no instructions for the hob which we couldn't use. Noise was the other big issue - this is in a block of similar holiday apartments and the noise from other people - banging doors, talking, shouting, music, is too loud for comfort. In the flat opposite was a group of mainly young males whose cigarette smoke (it's meant to be non-smoking) blew under our door which was awful. To cap it all, on our last night someone was ringing all the flats from outside at 2 a.m. clearly trying to gain access. In all, not a great experience.

Great location close to the heart of old Dieppe. The apartment was modern and nicely decorated with lots of space and good facilities. Kitchen had good equipment and felt airy despite no windows, from the natural light above. Would stay again!

Not the best but got the job done

Location

I’m writing this at the end of a three week trip through France with a family of 5. This was our least favourite stay. It felt basic to the point of I felt like I was staying in a university student house. We tend to be frugal travellers, this exemplified frugal to a point.

Très bon séjour. Nous avons profité pleinement de notre week-end. L'emplacement est parfait.

L'emplacement de ce logement est parfait, pour faire un peu de tourisme. Beaucoup de choses accessibles à pied. L'accès au logement était très pratique et très bien indiqué.

Nous avons eu quelques difficultés à mettre en route la plaque électrique. Par ailleurs, la douche pourrait peut-être être un peu améliorée.

L appartement est très fonctionnel et notamment pour une famille avec enfants. Tout est très bien aménagé, fonctionnel, la gentille de Betty et des dames qui s occupe des lieux pour que ce soit irréprochable. Betty est très réactive, disponible.

L'appartement est situé proche d'une route passante donc les deux chambres qui ont des fenêtres sont très bruyante ... Attention aux personnes qui ont le sommeil léger !!! Dommage que le lieu principal de vie n'ai pas de fenêtre ... Malgré cela la propriétaire n'as rien avoir la dedans et ça se voit dans les photos avant la réservation 😊 Le lieu doit certainement avoir une histoire pour être agencée ainsi

Logement très bien pour une courte période.

L'appartement est bien situé, très proche du centre ville et spacieux. Nous avons apprécié le petit électroménager et le café, thé, sucre, ... mis à dispo (cafetière, grille pain, bouilloire). Les documents envoyés sont complets et utiles.

Manque d'un lave vaisselle car le logement est prévu pour 6 personnes. Les matelas sont déformés. Les chambres donnant sur la route sont bruyantes car les fenêtres ne sont pas toutes en double vitrage. Dommage que la salle à manger / cuisine soit sans fenêtre. L'évier de la cuisine était bouché.

L'appartement est très sympa, joliment décoré et tout y est pour passer un très bon séjour. L'emplacement est également idéal, proche du centre ville et du front de mer, nous avons pu tout faire à pied.
