Very noisy at times due to central location

The bedrooms were clean breakfast good.the staff were really good .

The outside was really run down unclean bird excrement everywhere , weeds growing totally needs painting and cleaning not welcoming at all!!!! The carpet smelled they tried to mask it with air freshener pumped into air . Which was over powering they need to take all carpet up and replace with tiles . The lifts decor made us feel nauseous and it was like children’s drawings totally off putting to the eye and they smelled unclean .The sitting area out the back was totally unkempt and unclean . No chairs to sit out the front of hotel and have a drink. The bar area was kept neat but very dated and horrid carpet.
