Clean and comfortable but basic that did not align with price or stars. Not value for money.

Clean, central , comfortable

Considering the price of above €180 euros and 4* hotel, the rooms were quite basic. With an Ikea fold out bed in the triple room. The nespresso machine were generic coffee capsules, plastic water bottles and cups. Towels were thin and small. Just the details little details that didn’t distinguish it from the less expensive hotel chains and not the quality we were expecting considering the description ans price . Had to pay to use the spa facilities.

Fantastic stay providing superb value for money. Be sure to use their restaurant. Wonderful menu and well prepared food.

Outstanding property that was fresh, clean and created a wonderful sense of belonging.

It was a maze to navigate given the many levels but hey that was, at the end, all part of its undoubted charm.

A pleasant hotel to stay at although we didn’t use the spa.

Slightly awkward to get to as there are a lot of roadworks around and the steps up from the 1quai henri IV rather steep and uneven.

The hotel were unable to confirm a taxi booking for a late night ferry crossing. We had to arrange a taxi with the restaurant next door who did it immediately.

Lovely stay and super staff

Easy check in process and was able to access the room and hour early which was nice to freshen up as we'd travelled there by motobike. Breakfast was lovely, especially the pancakes!

Great breakfast, both cold and hot options. Location was lovely with views over harbour, also very easy to walk to almost everything in the town. Parking was easy as plenty of free car parks near hotel.

Overall, an excellent place to stopover for a couple of nights

We loved the views, especially from the roof terrace There was no room available with its own balcony as we booked at short notice, so our room was a bit small, but comfortable enough. The breakfast was good and staff very helpful The pool is lovely and the standard of the building excellent

Steps up from the lift area to our room were steep and no handrail- access from the hotel to quayside via lots of steps after rear access closed at 7pm, so not great for us seniors

Chipped cup in room which staff were reluctant to change. Only one keycard as no others were available due to guests taking them and hotel unable to source more. No breakfast tea, no milk or milk substitute provided for room tray. No minibar as was advertised. No case stand so had to use floor which was difficult for 75y olds. No towels for pool. Paper lined slippers were dangerous in spa as everywhere was wet. Sadly air conditioning not turned on until we complained and room heat unbearable.Whilst hotel claim luxury room fittings better in some really basic hotels.

Lovely hotel

Beautiful hotel situated on the Quay side in Dieppe. Lovely family room...nicer than the pictures suggest. One of the only hotels in Dieppe with AC. Small and well appointed indoor pool - limited opening times but worth using if you have a chance. Pretty outdoor area bar area which sadly we weren't able to use as we arrived during heavy rain ... maybe next time !

Lovely room, good location, nice breakfast, friendly receptionist.

Bike storage. We were travelling on bikes, and they said we could leave them in the car park, but there wasn't any cover and no real place for them to be locked up properly and it was pouring with rain. I wouldn't recommmend for cyclists as everywhere else we stayed on the route to Paris that said they accepted bikes provided proper storage.

Superb

This place is stunning and just 5 minutes from the ferry. Any bikers reading this might want to know that there is a large private courtyard that would easily take 5 to 6 large motor bikes. The hotel is also just behind a series of bars and restaurants on the harbour.. Great breakfast too....

Entrance is a little hard to find in a back street.

Compelling

This beautifully renovated hotel stands out with its unique architectural character in the heart of Dieppe. Our stay was very positive with great staff, a superb minimalist well designed room and balcony with views of the marina. We look forward to our next stay and wish all hotels were this desirable.

There isn’t any parking at the actual hotel site but an underground garage space a few streets away is offered for €15 per night. It was difficult to open the garage doors and we found it difficult to find the street due to the one way system. There is parking in the streets and along the seafront. The shower handle was super tight so needs adjustment.
