Fine as 1 night stopover

Fine as a 1 night stopover for ferry. Receptionist was pleasant on arrival . Bed linen was clean and we slept well after a hot shower but feel it’s not value for money, given how basic the room is. It was helpful to be able to park car and walk on outside corridor to car.

A very small, dated room. Tiny shower cubicle which was slippy with a discoloured shower curtain. The room was clean and the bed linen fresh but the decor and room need updating.

Couldn’t even stay the night

The mezzanine floor bedroom layout was good for families of older children. Area was close to Dieppe

Sadly we had a bad experience here. It felt unsafe, there were no staff, just a machine on the wall to check in which was useless, it was unclean, building was tired and worn, we left straight away and checked in down the road. I’ve never had a hotel experience like this so I felt I should share to help others

It was close to the port, so convenient. The young lady behind the desk was friendly and helpful. Breakfast hours were convenient.

Potential for noise. The windows allowed sound through the vents. If anyone were up late, you could hear everything from outside.

Ticked the boxes for one night stopover before the ferry

For a one night stop over before an early ferry it ticked the boxes. There were no frills but it did the job. Clean, near to food options, staff polite. Had parking with EV charging. The family room had a mezzanine level with kids beds which they loved!

Feel it was overpriced for what it was. The car park was really busy with some vehicles parked wherever they could.

This was used as a stop over in port having spent two weeks in a caravan in Bordeaux. I’ve been in better student digs!

I didn’t the bed was uncomfortable and the room cramped! Breakfast was also substandard I would say we paid 2.5X to much for this room.

The bed was uncomfortable what was described as breakfast was really not worth it. We paid £133 for it and given the choice I would have paid £50. It was advertised as a two bed apartment it was essentially a one bed with a mezzanine the toilet door could just about open as it was right on top of the main bed, the stairs leading to the mezzanine again more or less touched the bed and were incredibly steep with a gate up the top!

Great hotel

Loved the layout of the bedroom with the 2 single beds upstairs, daughter thought you'd was fantastic. Liked the way check in from the machine as outside normal check in time

My only comment is the quality of the paper cups was poor and they didn’t hold liquid for long without going soggy.

Ideal budget hotel for a family, will use again.

Great value for money. We had a family room with a double and 2 singles. Room was compact but very well designed, perfectly good for an overnight stay after the ferry.

Nothing really - it’s a basic budget hotel which the French do really well. You’re a little out of town but only 5 minutes drive.

Comfortable and value for money

Room/bed was comfortable and all I needed for a sleep before an early morning ferry Would have liked a kettle in the room to make a drink before I left at 4am as hotel desk was not open. Good lighting in carpark

The automtic check-in when reception is closed. We had difficulty with accessing our room, and had to ring for assistance. Iinstructions could have been clearer, and should have been duplicated on a notice in English, and maybe in German also to help people who might not understand the technical language involved.
