A comfortable quiet night.

Located just a 12 minute drive from the ferry on a quiet road outside Dieppe. The room was adequate, the staff very friendly and helpful and the restaurant excellent quality and value.

The free WiFi didn’t work.

great place to stay overnight in preparation for Dieppe ferry. Good evening meal too and breakfast available also. Parking on property.

Perfectly situated for the coastal WW11 sites and Dieppe Ferry Port!

Very “chic” restaurant interior! Extremely pleasant and friendly staff! The exterior surrounds were very pleasant too and well maintained with lots of parking space! I intend to stay here for my future visits locally and Paris, as it’s perfectly situated for the Dieppe - Newhaven ferry which I use often!

The Hidden Hotel

Acces to the ferry port, a ten minute drive. We have stayed here many times when crossing the Channel.

The location was perfect and great for free parking .

The staff were very welcoming and friendly and the beds were extremely comfortable.

We have stayed in lots of hotels and it had to be the worst breakfast we have ever had . We were given 2 supermarket croissants, coffee out of a flask and orange juice ( not freshly squeezed) There was nothing else offered .

A great find, lovely food and welcoming staff

The staff were very accommodating, and kept in touch with us when we were delayed and hoping to get there for dinner before they closed. The place has a lovely cosy feeling, the food was great value for money with a range of salads and seafood for the starter buffet and a good mix of main courses on their menu deal. The gentleman who checked us in and served us was very friendly and polite and welcoming.

The rooms are in need of a little TLC, but for what you pay and the location, especially for the ferry port, is excellent. We will be back!

Staff were lovely and the food in the restaurant was delicious. Area around it was nice and quiet.

Room was grim, the bathroom was separated from the bedroom by a curtain, the shower was like a prison film shower. Room decor was very dated Very basic definitely not for us.

Fine for a 1 night stay after a late night ferry arrival

Perfectly fine location for a quick sleep after getting off the ferry.

We were late and there were no outside lights in the car park area, so it was a bit difficult to make our way from the car with our bags to the hotel door (when sensor lights came on).

Clean and comfy stopover

Great hotel for a one night stopover, free parking was a welcome benefit. The room was small and simple but adequate for our needs, everything was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the shutters being closed on arrival which kept the room cool on an incredibly hot day, and the fan provided also helped. The owner was very welcoming and spoke great English!

It is a little out of town but walkable in around 20 minutes.

This is a real "French" hotel in which we found quietness, quality and really good people.

The breakfast was good/very good. More than enough. The dinners we had were simply perfect. Great value for money. The staff was very polite, friendly, helpful and did their utmost best to speak and communicate with us. Very rare occasion/experience in France. We will surely go back and make only positive remarks about this hotel towards our friends.

Our short stay (only 02 days/nights) was too short to find out any shortcomings. I do doubt that if we should have stayed longer we would have found any shortcoming. I cannot find anything to complain about.

Comfortable, great service but a bit dated

Rural, rustic feel of an old barn house, bar and restaurant. Easy parking, close to the ferry, clean and comfortable. Great welcome and exceptional al customer service.

Rooms a bit dated, could do with a lick of paint. You could not partially open the window, only fully open and had to hold it with a chair. Small job of adjusting would probably sort it.

Ideal overnight stop close to Ferry, in a quiet area with very good breakfast.....

The location was close to the Ferry Port in Dieppe and we were given an access code for late arrivals, we arrived and there was someone there to take payment and let us in. The twin beds were quite small but comfortable, and the shower was excellent with very hot water and toiletries provided. It was ideal for a one night stopover which was all we required. The breakfast was very good quality and a good choice of items, it was also good value for money. There was ample free parking and it was in a very quiet area. A pleasant stay in a convenient place. The hostess at breakfast was very pleasant and helpful.

The setting of the place peaceful and pretty. The host was very nice and helpful. Tthe room was adequate. The host promptly got us a plug in heater which rectified the heating glitch.

The heating wasnt working, the weather cold and wet. Sink blocked on using. Raised screws on floor entering the small bathroom not good if bare foot. Room was very tired.

Our stay was comfy, excellent bed and quirky but functional room with drinks facilities and a fridge.

We arrived very late off the ferry and were grateful that the staff were still available on our arrival. We paid separately for breakfast, which we really enjoyed. Excellent coffee, croissants, and fresh cheese.

The room was really warm. Could have done with a fan. Food & drink were pretty pricey for what you got. As others have mentioned the en-suite had a curtain rather than a door which was a bit weird as I was with a friend. I left the room when he needed a number 2

Disappointing

Parking to get to ferry.

Room was tired and was in desperate need of a refurb. Room and bathroom were small. Not terribly clean. Bed and pillows not comfortable. Disappointing for the price. I also didn't understand why I had to give my credit card when Booking.com already had my credit card and I had paid in advance.
