Very clear instructions sent (including door code) on the afternoon of our arrival , we arrived at the Hotel after 11pm after getting off the ferry at 10:30pm.

Good communication. Access code for late arrival. Lovely clean sheets. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Good night's sleep. Friendly and helpful lady on duty in the morning.
The bedroom and particularly the bathroom are definitely showing their age. At the price I paid, I didn't expect 5* accommodation but the bathroom could do with a deep clean and the shower drain unblocked.
