An ideally located property a short stroll to the city centre. The flat is decorated and furnished to a high specification. Check in was seamless and on site parking was a welcome bonus.
Nothing not to like. The only comment is that the en-suite shower needs to have the thermostat regulator checked, as the water was too hot and the temperature could not be turned down.

Not a big thing but 2 hairdryers would be good Different style of couch

The property is in an excellent location and perfect for a long or short stay. The beds are extremely comfortable and thanks to very clever glazing there was no noise even though it’s on a main road into York. The parking was very good safe and secure off road.
My only criticism is you are unable to reduce the temperature and found it quite stuffy especially in the bedrooms also the extraction fans in both bathrooms.

Location is excellent. Spotlessly clean. Very responsive owners too when we messaged
A few minor hiccups with electrical goods but it didn’t affect the overall comfort of our stay
