Excellent Location - Have to balance that with a noisy road (ear plugs recommended if not use to it) However its a Short Walk from/to Train Station, York Minister, restaurants, shops. Free Parking Space for daughter's car. Well Furnished and clean property Comfy beds and lovely bedding . Great TV . Handy Sainsburys Local across the road

Little things would greatly enhance your stay (small hotel size bar of soap, Shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Some milk/Biscuits just to get you started) Did phone as was really surprised there wasn't anything but was told it was self catering - Have travelled extensively and basic items like the above always provided Considering the price paid it wouldn't cost a lot to do this and think its something that should be looked into? (large pump dispensers attached to the wall if worried people are going to take home the items! ) If only there for a couple of nights its not ideal having to buy these items and then haul them back home

Comfortable clean and everything good quality. Loved the mugs! The towels were super. The bathroom facilities lovely. Charming place! Spitting distance from the Minster, the market and our old college, St John's!

Easy to get keys as code was sent promptly.
This is a great property in the perfect location. It is tastefully furnished and all the rooms are comfortable. Beds were all really comfortable.
We were a little surprised that there were no recycling facilities in the property as it felt wrong putting all the rubbish in the same bin

place was not clean when we arrived, terrace was full of rubbish and empty bottles.
House was fantastic, really central but dirty
in general dirty, cobwebs everywhere and the towel in the kitchen wasn’t clean
