The house is incredibly beautiful and so comfortable. Beds are amazing, everyone slept great. Tons of room for extended family. It was easily walkable to town and in a lovely area. Charlotte was a great host and responsive to our needs.

The property was very well decorated and furnished
The only issue we had was it had no microwave in the kitchen , we had brought some food for convenience to go into the microwave . Even a counter top one would be ideal

It was a good all round property comfortable not far from most places very happy.
Only thing was top floor toilet not a very good flush and no microwave. Just a small thing

Close to the centre for the Christmas market and attractions. Warm and mostly clean throughout. Comfortable beds. Lovely decor and spacious.
A number of the dining chairs had unsafe legs and couldn’t be used, there was no soap in the bathroom, kettle didn’t turn off, kitchen tap faulty and leaked, no care pack (milk, toiletries etc). No bathroom lock, held shut with a hair bobble. Stairs very steep.
