Comfortable beds, plenty of space, well decorated and furnished. Very convenient for the Minster and that side of the city centre. Parking permit was useful.
Kitchen needed a few things- a tea pot, coffee pot, more wine glasses. Lock on bathroom door needs fixing. The stairs really are very steep and the turn onto the first floor is tricky.

Close to the centre for the Christmas market and attractions. Warm and mostly clean throughout. Comfortable beds. Lovely decor and spacious.
A number of the dining chairs had unsafe legs and couldn’t be used, there was no soap in the bathroom, kettle didn’t turn off, kitchen tap faulty and leaked, no care pack (milk, toiletries etc). No bathroom lock, held shut with a hair bobble. Stairs very steep.
