This apartment is just lovely. Very convenient location to all the sights in York. Parking was organised for a car park a very short walk away. The apartment was large and tastefully decorated. Located on the second floor, but there was a lift, so getting our bags upstairs was very easy. Comfy beds and pillows. Very clean.
I couldn't work out how to open the windows, but maybe I'm dumb, because my husband could.

Location & ease of access
The blinds were not black out. We couldn’t sleep as the sun was peering through very early! That’s in both bedrooms & living room. Very hot., fans did nothing. Sofa not comfy & seat falling apart. One en-suite plug was blocked in the sink bad smell coming from it & you had work people in at 8am fixing doors in the building so no rest. Disappointing stay I’m afraid. The cost should reflect these issues. We stayed in a different apartment last year over the road with air con & proper black out blinds so we’ll not be returning.
