L’emplacement dans le centre ancien. Studio propre.
Le studio donne sur une petite cour intérieure bétonnée sans aucun charme. L’appartement n’est pas assez suivi : pas de produits pour la douche, la cafetière senseo ne fonctionnait pas, 3 ampoules sur 4 dans la kitchenette étaient grillées, le mot de passe pour le wifi fourni était inexact.

La situation du logement est idéale pour visiter Orléans. L'hébergement est très calme. L'hôte est disponible
Il s'agit plus d'un hébergement pour 2 adultes et non 3: le canapé-lit est très inconfortable, il manque un tabouret pour la table de cuisine, donc on ne peut pas manger tous ensemble. Il manque des couverts. La porte de la douche était bancale car il manquait des vis. Les modes d'emploi dans le placard de la cuisine inaccessibles car trop haut et pas de quoi monter pour les attraper (ces petits détails n'ont pas empêché pas de passer un bon séjour)
