I was looking for a location to stay overnight between the Netherlands and Copenhagen, and I found it: Ellen Hotel. This is a no-brainer to book again. A few minutes from the main route. Clean. Practical. Fast, clear, and practical interaction with staff regarding my late arrival. Breakfast with everything you want. Fresh bread rolls. Vegetables, Meat, Cheese,... good coffee. And in this case, I share the owner's love of music. I am already looking forward to the next opportunity to stay. Value for money is invented here.

Very good location, friendly and helpful staff, spacious room, comfortable bed, tea/coffee facilities, fridge, good breakfast and good Wifi.
Actually nothing, we had some problem with the heating, but it was solved immediately.

Owner /Manager very pleasant and helpful . Certainly off the beaten path and not the Marriott but very comfortable and clean . Within walking distance to a really good Italian restaurant and quiet at night .
Room basic but large , very clean and all are on ground floor .
Our room #2 accomodated our bikes and us without difficulty .
Very good breakfast served with made to order eggs and multiple other food choices .
A bit far to ride out to after a long day’s ride
