Great stay! Room is spaceous, shower warm, clean. Breakfast is healthy and delicious (bread, juice, jam, even cereal, eggs and other options). Very friendly. Quite a few rooms but not hectic at all. Really easy to get your key. You are in Flensburg center in a few minutes walking.

Found gaining entry difficult. It is over-dependent on having a smartphone. I prefer meeting a host or receptionist! But I understand that it cuts costs.

A great hotel, we enjoyed our short stay. The internet worked perfectly. The room was very clean and modern, a bit small but it was enough for us. The employees were amazing, very friendly and met all our wishes. The breakfast was great, lovely service and really nice atmosphere, also the restaurant/bar at the hotel is a great place to have drinks. The location was great, directly in the city :)

The rooms were completely new and fresh, apparently, there was a huge renovation recently. Spotless clean and, because the hotel is located in the old living district, it is very quiet there. Breakfast was a usual European breakfast with typical breakfast type food (cheese, sausage\ham, eggs etc.), but I really liked the way it was served, the woman individually serves you at your table, so you don't need to stand up and walk with the plate. Also, since Flensburg is not a very big city, there is no problem for you to get to the city. Also the price for the room was great, the price/quality ratio is the best.

Unfortunately, it is a little bit hard to connect to the wifi (WLAN). My Apple devices told me "Unable to join the network", but on the 5th attempt, they connected. Apparently, you must just turn on your phone and just give it some time, so it could on its own connect to the Internet.

Everything was great, the key box worked well (just read which box for which room you need to dial the code in), super nice staff in the morning and efficient with invoices and the bed was super comfy with a clean nice shower ! well located too

The room was excellent and it exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was very good and worth for money.

I couldn’t connect to Wi-Fi, because I had to accept the terms and conditions which I didn’t know anything about it before the arrival to the hotel. That’s why I couldn’t connect to the network, while I was staying in the hotel.
