A conveniently located stay with basic amenities.

The location was very convenient, being close to both the bus stop and the harbor. A water bottle was provided in the room, and the breakfast spread was decent.

I got a twin room. The beds were unstable and kept moving, which made me feel like I might fall off. As a result, I couldn’t sleep properly. The bedside table was placed too far from the bed, making it inconvenient and even a bit risky to use. Overall, the stay was quite uncomfortable.

Not biker friendly. Not calm and quiet.

Central location. Nice staff.

A sticker on the front door says ”Biker friendly”. On their website it says they have parking in the neighboring parking house. Not true, motorcycles are not allowed in the p-house! Nor can you park in the backyard. During the night there was loud screaming and fighting, (yes real fighting!) In one the rooms and the corridor. It continued the night through. First in the morning did the police arrive to expel those obnoxious ”guests”… Not a nice and quiet night.

Never again

Not much - it was a depressing hotel for the price we paid.

Not only were the two rooms not close like we asked, they were on other floors. We also asked for a view of the harbour, which we did not get. We had a lovely view of a dark sad alleyway instead. (see photo) On our way to dinner, as there was no food in our hotel, we saw a number of other hotels with lively bars and friendly terraces serving food and beer. We wished we had stayed there instead. We did not bother with the overpriced breakfast but found an affordable and tasty bakery a ten minute walk. Would rather recommend that place than our hotel, for sure.

-Parking was just behind the hotel 👍 - Handicap friendly entrance 👍 - Elevator 👍 - Overall, nice room 👍 - Short distance to an excellent restaurant 👍 - Very nice breakfast and breakfast area 👍

- No air conditioning in the room 👎 - Refrigerator not functioning as a refrigerator, merely as a "cooler" 👎(We presume in order to cut down on electricity costs) - No restaurant in the hotel 👎 - Late night noise from behind the hotel (young people yelling and laughing) making it difficult to sleep due to the open window (because of the lack of a/c) 👎

Location and staff

We have stayed in this hotel multiple times and never have I had such a terrible room. No air conditioning or just not working. The 2 single beds were different sizes the one bed was basically collapsing and could not sleep in it. We eventually had to ask reception to.bring us a portable air conditioner.

Free upgrading is appreciated. Good location. The people for the restaurant and the housekeeping sont nice. Ms.Cheyanne schrottke is the only one in the reception to smile.

The price is too high for an hotel without even a showcap , not like other hotels in Germany , hotel request the payment at check-in and add a quit high amount of tax

The hotel was Good. But the staff were not. We lost Cash (Euro) in the hotel on the morning when we went to Breakfast. Between 745 and 830 am on 21 April 2023, when we both went for Breakfast, we lost the cash (Euro) 1400 we had. This we reported immediately but they didn't give an answer. We e-mailed them. No answer until now. It was absolutely clear that only those who had access to enter the room could have done this. I won't recommend this hotel until they find who did this.

Great hotel, perfect location and very pet-friendly!

Very nice breakfast, but very little food for vegan people at breakfast (e.g., not plant-based milk when asked). Fruits and fruit salad were available, as well as varied breads and jams. Very nice staff, helpful and welcoming. The hotel is pet-friendly, we had a very nice stay (1 night).

Just a few things for vegan people for breakfast would be wonderful!
