Great value, perfect location, lovely staff and super breakfast. The hotel is a bit old but well-maintained. The room was large, the beds were super comfy, and there was a good-sized bathroom and a large shower. Housekeeping came every day, made our beds and provided fresh towels. The reception staff were so lovely, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was super, everything you could wish for to start your day, again super lovely staff. The hotel is in a perfect location, right by the shopping centre and high street, only a very short walk to the waterfront. Parking in the hotel's parking lot was very convenient, well worth the 13 euros per day.

Good location, shame about the seagulls

The location is excellent, the staff is friendly and breakfast was excellent as well. The room itself was somewhat rundown, but impeccably cleaned.

Out of the control of the hotel, seagulls have made their nesting grounds on the roofs of buildings near the hotel making for a very loud experience. Since it was warm weather and the room doesn't come with air-conditioning we had to have the windows open making it difficult to sleep as the seagulls partied through the night.

Location and friendly staff

Terrible breakfast. Food looked old management didn’t replace with fresh food. Only to serve it day after day, especially the fruit, until it’s gone. Bed was very soft. Stuffy room with no Fannie A/C.

Very nice staff. The room was fine. The breakfast was good. They have a private garage, you have to pay for it which is fine. Flensburger seems to be a nice town, we did not have the time to explore it but it seemed nice. The seagulls were very noisy very early in the morning ... but i guess it's nobody's fault:)

very happy with everything

The room was very large and sleeping in the bed was wonderful. The food was outstanding. So many choice. The Hotel was within walking distance of the ZOB Busses and the boats. I plan to go stay there again.

You know what you get - and it is good.

You know what you get at this hotel. Cleanm, fairly large rooms, nice breakfast, friendly staff, central location. A bit old fashioned, but cosy and well apointed.

The lift is small and slow, but the steps make it necessary!

only two minor things the first is about the bed was two single beds beside each other and that wasn’t comfortable for us as a couple the second thing is they have two bottles of soda water inside the room I asked the reception to change them to normal water but they let me buy them instead .

A fine, well-run hotel in central Flensburg. Staff great, rooms fine, elevator, nice breakfast. Parking too, if you're lucky. If not there are two parking houses close by.
