What did I like? The calm, professional way they handled a last-minute crisis. Despite the short notice, they were welcoming, efficient, and genuinely helpful, quickly getting us settled and turning a stressful situation into a much more manageable experience. Their responsiveness and kindness made all the difference.
What did I like? The waterfront location was easily the highlight. Waking up to views over the Flensburg Fjord and being right by the water created a calm, scenic atmosphere that made it easy to relax. It’s perfectly positioned for walks along the harbour and enjoying the charm of Flensburg, while still feeling peaceful and removed from the busy areas.

Good location and value for money. Staff were polite and helpful.
The wellness facilities(sauna and relaxation area)were small compared to the amount of people using them.

We hade dinner in the retaurant
We were recommended tuna, it was the daily dish
The tuna ” steak” did not tast as it should
The tuna felt like it was ”sous vide” prepered to long and then quickly turned on the pan, artificial
Also want to mention that I was charged 20 euro to charge a hybrid car ? Battery size 10kwh !! That was expensive kilometers 😳
