Hotel annex needs upgrading, also rooms in annex are very dark. We managed to get moved to an excellent room with balcony overlooking pool area.Nice Hitel

Location and the area are amazing!

A person who works at the reception should know how to treat the guests. Instead of saying PASSPORT, she/he may say your passport please, I need your passprt number. I asked for a baby cot several times and after waiting for some time at the reception، I did not get it.

Seen better days – our whole family slept the night in the smell of old cigarette smoke.

The swimming pool was a joy for a quick morning swim. The area was nice.

The room had a very stuffy smell of old cigarette smoke despite keeping door open. The entire hallway smelled the same. A major road ran right next to the building, so loud noises carried inside if the window was left open. The room had wall-to-wall carpeting and no air condition (price for a room still 250€). A really unpleasant choice for a family with children. The food had already partially run out 1.5 hours in advance, and there were no markings for allergens. Otherwise, it was fairly basic: a few types of bread, juice, fruits, yogurt, etc.

It's an ok hotel. The breakfast was ok, it would have been even better with more fresh fruits and vegetables. The swimming pool needs more and frequent cleaning. The elevator needs an upgrade.

Relaxing stay for 1 night

Stayed there for 1 night and everything was very nice, had breakfast in the morning, just a simple hotel breakfast but that’s all we needed. We did not have enough time to walk around and explore the hotel, so no more comments on the experience

Good hotel with delicius breakfast and very good swimming pool.

A good hotel in Germany, just over the from the Danish border. Good big room with good bathroom. Delicius breakfast buffe. Very interesting swimmingpool, where you can swim inside the building, but you can swim from inside to outside the builiding. Strange feeling to swim in the pool outside, while there were a bit of snow in the air. Good big boble bath, which is running all the time without stopping. Different kind of saunas. Shopping shop Fleggård just 100 meters away.

Excellent overnight stay, would definitely recommend

Picked this hotel as it said it had a restaurant. Unfortunately, we were told when we arrived that the restaurant wasn't open, and we would need to walk somewhere to find somewhere to eat. The receptionist seemed a little flustered but was courteous and polite. The hotel has plenty of free parking and free wi fi. Our room was in a building opposite to the hotel and we were able to park the motorcycle so that we could see it from our balcony room. We hadn't paid to stay in a balcony room, so this was a lovely upgrade probably to make up for the restaurant not being open. The room was clean and large and had coffee making facilities which was nice to have but rarely seen in Europe accommodation. We didn't try out any of the facilities the hotel had to offer as we were only staying 1 night. The bathroom was also clean and of adequate size and had a lovely shower. We had planned on going to a local restaurant but as we were walking and didn't really know where it was, we decided to buy something from the local supermarket instead as we weren't all that hungry. Was a nice enough evening to sit on the balcony (although it only looked onto the car park) and enjoy the fresh air whilst we ate our tea we had bought from the supermarket. The wi fi was good and we were able to plan our next place to stay. The breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice, having not eaten much the night before we fully indulged in all that was on offer. The breakfast was fab and did not disappoint. One of the best places to stay if you like a good breakfast. All in all it was a lovely night's stay if we were ever in the area again, we would stay again although next time I think I would ring them to see if the restaurant was open.
