Would stay again when in La Spezia

Great location for trains to Cinque Terre. Clean and spacious apartment.

The elevator in the building didn’t stop/open at the second floor. This was less than ideal for suitcases but we managed.

Clean tidy room, close to the train station.

There was no one to let me in on arrival, as a traveler from NZ with no internet this proved rather difficult to contact the person. In the end they just gave me the codes to everything to get in and get the key. I would definitely recommend sending this through before the expected arrival of guests so they aren’t on the street with their bags running to the local palazzo for the free wifi. A few bowls, plates and some cutlery would be nice to provide.

Great location, between the city centre and the train station. The apartment was spacious and very clean. The kitchen was well supllied. The owner was very kind and available.

wonderful

The host Gianni was waiting for us when we arrived. Check in was very easy. He is a super host and very friendly. The location is only 5 min walk to railway station of La Spezia Centrale, which is great for our trips to Cinque Terre. Kitchen has almost everything you may need. it would have been perfect if a kettel were available. highly recommended.
