Great small, community run hotel.
Excellent local food at breakfast and dinner.
Staff were brilliant.
Room in main building was on the small size.
Parking was tricky but to be expected in a small Lakes village.

Lovely design of bedrooms and great beds and pillows
Check in time and checkout time. 4pm a bit late and 10 am checkout a bit early.

The breakfast was excellent. The annex room 6 was large with a powerful walk in shower. We didn't have a dog although the room is dog friendly it was very clean and didn't smell doggy. The location is a very quiet and rural with local walks available on the doorstep.

Very welcoming staff. Room was comfortable and a lovely king size bed. Breakfast was fresh and locally sourced. Good food served. Would definitely go again.
