Good breakfast and large choice of menu for dinner
I have no problem at all with a karaoke night but, although it was due to start at 7.45, the music started playing very loudly at around 7.15 when we were still eating our dinner so it was very difficult to have any kind of conversation. We would have booked our meal earlier if we had realised this would be the case.

Good location very friendly staff
Could do with a make over looks a little tired. Breakfast was a little strange to the normal everything was priced and itemised separately after paying for Breakfast on booking. Com wasn't to sure what was included for breakfast normally you self serve for cereal and juices but that wasn't the case

Lovely location. Nice staff and very good food. In fact, one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had.
There were a couple of small faults with the room but as we were only there for one night I didn't feel the need to mention them until we checked out. But if we'd been staying a few days I'd have asked for them to be rectified.

Lovely location, polite staff, good beer , very clean and comfortable bed
The room was dated and could have done with a spruce up, unfortunately the shower drain hole was very slow or partially blocked, by the time I could get a decent water temperature the shower tray had filled with water, I didn’t want to flood the place, very disappointing after a long days hiking, I would have reported the shower when we checked out but no one was around
