The staff in particular the hotel manager was just so welcoming and friendly and she really made us feel at home. The location is great but due to time/weather we didn't have time to explore further. We were very happy with the room and the comfort of the bed. Breakfast was extensive and a fantastic way to start the day. I can 100% recommend this hotel and will book again when in the area.
Parking was extremely crowded and limited. Luckily we managed to squeeze our van into a spot that had just been vacated.

I don't often stay in Inns, this place was absolutely brilliant place to stay in Pooley Bridge. The staff, especially the manager lady, were absolutely exceptional.

It was a lovely welcoming stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean, comfortable and had everything you need.
