Location was great. Excellent breakfast.
Room could have been cleaner. Pillows are on the hard side. There was a large tear in the curtains in room 10 which we stayed in. Also when we returned to our room after being out our bed had been made & it just looked like someone had just thrown the duvet back over pillows not plumped up at all.

Lovely single room - small but good. Nice products in the room. Box of chocs, water a great selection of tea and coffee, fresh milk and a teapot with a cosy! All staff friendly, bar lively with amazing terraces by the river and food good.
A bit pricey for a single room but it is in the Lakes! £25 for the dog to stay seems a lot but again it was very dog friendly,
