Difficult for people with mobility problems. Check first before booking, otherwise hotel was and staff were really excellent.

Lovely location but extremely isolated. Staff wer OK , no problems there.
Hotel built 1937 and was obviously a super place for those times. Many parts have not been altered since then and although its good to keep its originality, it needs TLC in some areas and has an air of faded grandeur about it.
Now the bad bit, the food was average at best but very expensive for what it was. However they know they have got you because there is nothing else around for miles and very narrow country roads.
However the bit that really got me was although we were over charged, when I got the bill there was a further 12.5% service charge on every item on the bill for all food a drink. We had no clear warning of this was the case before checking out. So for the very expensive cost of a few drinks and extremely expensive food for what you actually get , plus the service charge, I would not go again and would not recomend
