AMAZING

The location and view was amazing. Only a short walk into Old Town. Best views of old town from the balcony of the apartment. Also welcomed with complimentary refreshments upon arrival including fresh homegrown fruit and lemon juice. The owner was very lovely and assisting throughout our stay. We had Plenty of space in the apartment for 4 people.

Loved it!

The view was amazing. The owners were very kind and helpful. The house has all the amenities you might need during your stay.

The location gives you a breathtaking view, but in order to reach the house you need a lot of stamina to go up all of the stairs. For us it was worth it but if you’re elderly or just need something more accessible, perhaps it wouldn’t be your best option.

Spacious apartment with gorgeous view

Fantastic view on Dubrovnik old town from the Balcony - probably the best in the region. Very large apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A bit old fashioned which we didn’t mind. Everything is there incl games (playing cards, domino etc). Our kids loved it. Very sweet and caring landlady who greeted us with home made lemonade. Stairs lead directly to the city gate in max 10 minutes. Way back is a good training and partly burns the calories from dinner.😊

Definitely lives up to its name - Apartment with Amazing View - sitting on the balcony with a view of Dubrovnik was just magical. Plenty of room for five people, very homely and we appreciated that they had a washing machine. Great communication from hosts - so friendly and helpful.

The best view of Dubrovnik and warmest hosts

The apartment has an incredible view of Dubrovnik. We enjoyed seeing sunrises and sunsets from the balcony and watching the city. The place is very spacious and well equipped, and our hosts were so welcoming. The host helped us to find parking, led us towards the apartment, even loaded our luggage on small luggage carrier so we didn't have to carry anything in hand. They even prepared lemonade and the best crepes with apples we ever tried and set up the table for us. We loved everything about the apartment, we appreciated all the tips we received from our hosts, and we will definitely return.

Beautiful place

The apartment has a wonderful view over the old town. Using the stairs, you can reach it in 10 minutes. It has all the appliances you need for a enjoyable holiday. The owners are very friendly and provides you all information about how to get the apartment prior to arrival. Niko, the host, is willing to tell you stories about Dubrovnik and places you should see. When we left, the owners gave us a box full of figs from their garden.

The apartment is accessable from the main roads only by stairs. However, coming from up the hill, there is a funicular which can bring your luggage to the apartment. The only thing is to find a parking place, but this is a general issue in Dubrovnik. Climbing the stairs is good for your health though... 😊 And the view will be worth the effort.

That view is exceptional. Stunning. Sunrise, daytime, sunset, night. Clean, spacious apartment. Two balconies. Aircon in living room was a relief to find. No aircon in bedrooms but wasn’t a problem, nights were a cool 19°C even on the hottest days

Lots of stairs to get to the property. Alright for me but you’ll sweat! Also most of the stairs are unlit.

Outstanding

Niko and Antonija are amazingly warm, friendly and loving hosts - their hospitality was out of this world. Both went out of their way to take great care of us in including making us chocolate pancakes and refreshing lemonade to welcome us and helping us with our luggage through a very innovative trolley to ferry it across approximately 80+ steps. The apartment is huge with huge beds and an fantastic panoramic views of the entire Dubrovnik old fort town.

It's a steep climb up and down the apartment (typical of Dubrovnik landscape) but the view is truly amazing. It's locates within minutes walk from old city. Very nice and warm host. They have installed a pulley system to move luggage.

Hosts were amazing. Nico and Antonio were so welcoming and make you feel like long lost friends. We had a lovely experience. We got engaged during our stay, and they were so pleased for us and made sure we were able to celebrate!

Widok naprawdę niesamowity! Można było pić rano kawę, a wieczorem drinka z piękną, zapierającą dech panoramą Dubrownika i morza. W apartamencie bardzo czysto, przytulnie. Pełne wyposażenie, jak we własnym mieszkaniu. Właścicielka urocza i bardzo pomocna!

별도의 더블룸 세개와 욕실2개 조리가 가능한 주방 게다가 올드타운 전체가 한눈에 보이는 거실은 이곳에 머무는 모든시간이 당신의 여행의일부가 될것 입니다. 전망대보다 더 뷰가 좋습니다. 조리가 가능하고 조리도구가 있어서 가족끼리와서 요리하는 것을 좋아하는 사람들은 즐거운 경험을 할수 있을것 같습니다. 가족간여행이나, 친구들끼리 오거나 여러가지 팀으로 오는경우 최고의 선택이라고 생각합니다. 그리고 호스트의 친절한 응대와 안내는 두브로브니크에 처음온 여행자에게 큰 도움이 되었습니다. 다시 또 두브로브니크에 온다면 재방문하고 싶습니다.

아쉬운점은 무거운 캐리어를 들고 몇계단 내려와야한다는것이지만, 충분히 그럴만한 가치가 있습니다.

Amazing view

뷰가 사진 그대로예요. 너무 멋있어서 아침 일찍 일어나서 내다보고, 저녁에도 일몰시간 맞춰 들어와서 저녁먹으면서 풍경보고, 전망대는 따로 갈 필요가 없어서 안갔어요. 둘이 지내기엔 숙소가 많이 넓었어요. 진짜 현지인이 사는 집 같아요. 외국 할머니댁에 온 기분 ㅎ

뷰가 매우 좋으려면? 계단이 매우 많다! ㅎㅎ 위쪽 도로에서 내려오는 길이 그나마 가까웠지만 좁고 많은 계단을 캐리어 들고 이동하기에 좀 힘들었어요. 호스트 할머니가 작은 짐은 들어주셔서 넘 감사했어요 ㅎ 정말 시골 할머니댁 같은 숙소라서 더러운건 아니지만 세월의 흔적이 많이 느껴져서 깔끔한 신식 숙소를 좋아하면 안맞을듯.

Labai patiko šeiminikai , buvo labai malonus . Pavaišino limonadu ir bandelemis . Taip pat vėlavome, bet palaukė mus. Vaizdas tobulas tikrai verta tiek keltis į viršų , po kelių dienų jau lengvai buvo , kaina labai gera.

Viskas patiko , didžiausia problema buvo bagažo nešiojimas ir parkingo paieškos. Tak tikrai rekomenduočiau turėti mažus lagaminus , nes keltuvas bagažui neveikia.

中国留子们忙定就可以！除了需要爬一点点楼梯外，其他完美！阳台直接看到老城景色，同伴们在阳台就拍到了很好看的照片。房东奶奶具友好，晚上12点迎接的我们，准备了自制的苹果派和蜂蜜柠檬水，巨好吃好喝已经幸福晕了。

환상적이고 아름다운 숙소와 귀여운 고양이들, 훌륭한 주인 할머니

차를 가져갔기 때문에 숙소 윗쪽 찻길의 몇 안되는 무료 공간에 대고 내려오느라 고생 좀 했습니다... 주인 할머니가 도와주셔서 문제 없이 내려올 수 있긴 했지만 이 환상적인 뷰를 가진 숙소에서 묵으려면 짐은 최소화하세요... 다른 많은 숙소들도 그렇겠지만 계단이 아주아주아주 많습니다. 차를 가져가실거면 체크인 시간을 정확하게 공유하시고 주인 할머니의 도움을 받으셔야 합니다. 오로지 뷰 때문에 숙소를 택했기 때문에 전망은 말할 것도 없고, 아파트가 굉장히 넓고 쾌적했습니다. 굉장히 넓은 거실 겸 다이닝공간, 부엌, full bathroom 2개, 침실 3개. 세 명이 지내기에 과분할 정도로 넓었습니다. 시설과 집기는 할머니께서 깨끗하게 잘 관리하고 계시는 것 같으나 아무래도 오래된 아파트이다 보니 작동이 잘 되지 않는 것들이 있었어요 ^^ 세탁기가 자꾸 오류코드가 떠서 (아무래도 배수 문제인듯) 난감했으나 저희 빨래를 빨아다 주셨어요ㅠㅠ 너무 감사드려요 식기세척기와 부엌 환풍기도 작동되지 않았긴 했지만 큰 불편함은 없었어요. 가스렌지 켜실때는 라이터를 함께 사용하셔야 합니다 ㅎㅎ 구시가지까지 10-15분이면 걸어갈 수 있는 거리에요. 케이블카 탑승지점 근처에 식료품점, 한국 음식점 끼니, 빵집 등이 있는데 거기까지는 7-8분이면 충분했어요. 그늘졌을때나 밤에 걸으면 정말 괜찮고 다닐만 한데, 땡볕에 오르막은 좀 힘듭니다ㅋㅋㅋ 묵는 3박동안 환상적인 뷰와 오르내리는 길의 예쁜 풍경, 7마리의 냥이들, 그리고 거북이와 너무 행복했습니다. 웰컴 스낵(?)과 음료(?)도 정말 맛있었고, 마지막날 갓 구웠다며 작별선물로 주신 애플파이는 진짜 태어나서 먹은 중 것중에 제일 최고였어요 장사해도 되실거같아요 ㅠㅠ 최고! 감사해요 안토니야 할머니 :)
