Location, location, location. It was tucked in a quieter area but very central to all tourist attractions. Our host Zlatko was so accommodating. He texted us as soon as the property was ready so we were able to check in early. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Well, the location was amazing. It's on a small "street" (you have to use one small set of stairs, so like a walking street), which was at the end of another small street with a restaurant and ice cream place. But right in front of our door was a little hang-out area that overlooks the restaurant. Like a little sitting area and wall. So my family, who were also visiting from the US, came over one day and we just hung out there in front of the apartment. Honestly, it was probably the best part of our trip.
