Nono’s house was lovely, clean, well equipped and amazing central location! It’s very thoughtfully decorated and equipped and was spotlessly clean. Ana and Natasha were very attentive and responsive and even customised our welcome pack!
None of these are criticisms: it would be nice to have some books and games in the house. Also having a toaster would have been helpful. Obviously the lack of outside space is a downside but it is near Buza 2 for swims etc

Well kitted out, fabulous location.
Nothing really, I would have liked a magnifying mirror in the bathroom as well

Excellent location, very clean, beautifully decorated, well equipped
The shower didn’t work. It wouldn’t stay hot for more than 1-2 minutes. We told the owners, they did come out quickly and looked at it. But at first, didn’t believe us and told us we should have quicker showers that aren’t as hot. It wasn’t just not hot - it was absolutely freezing. The second day we told them it still wasn’t working, they seemed more concerned with how much it would cost them to repair. The only thing they could offer us was a sorry. For the price we paid, we would expect a hot shower to be available.
