Apartment Divina Ragusa

This apartment is gorgeous. Spacious, clean, filled with art and well stocked with towels and kitchen items. It is much bigger and more cozy than the pictures are able to depict. The hosts are truly lovely, very prompt and helpful. Even letting us store our bags with an early checkin.

Our only complaint was the noise from the street. The apartment is on the ground level and has three walls with windows, bordering two very busy walkways. To note, we visited Dubrovnik last summer and the entire old town went quiet by 11pm. This year was very different with the crowds and partying continuing on late into the night.

Location: inside the walls - you have to stay inside and this location was very good. And this elevates the experience a lot. Very quiet at night. Property was very clean, 4 people can easily stay (2 person bed in bedroom and 2 twin beds in main room). Infact a 5th person can sleep on the sofa. AC unit is outside the 2 rooms so you need to keep the rooms open till it cools down. Host is very responsive and accommodating and gave detailed direction and tips. Please do note it’s a bit of walk from the Polce gate - especially if you are carrying heavy suitcase. Thankfully you don’t have to climb stairs.

Two things: please have good quality towels. Different colors and rough - that gave a budget type experience. Shower - one needs to plan else water gets very cold and also the water was not draining fast enough.
