Historic Old Town apartment with the best view in town

We spent a week in the apartment (5 ppl). Spacious bedrooms, large living room, terrace is also OK for 4-5 ppl. Very helpful host welcomed us at the apartment - thank you Natasa-. The whole apartment is extra clean, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen either for shorter or longer stay. The apartment has actually a cycloramic view. Location is in the very downtown and in the restaurant area. So yes, it is a bit noisy in the evening which was OK for us. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of one of the old houses of Porec, be prepared for the 52 stairs... Free parking by 10mins wlaking distance. A bit tricky to find (it is just next to "Jysk" parking!)

What they do not show on the photos is that the view from the terrace actually looks over the Luna Park of Porec with its vibrating neon lights in the evening. So, what you really see after sunset is not really a relaxing sea view. And yes it is noisy so, consider about it if you think that this might be disturbing for you. A Nespresso machine is a kind of standard as of today so, we would kindly recommend it for the owners. The apartment is much dysfunctional with its 3 (4?) baroque/french heel styled seating units/corners and the so many oil paintings on the walls, antiquities in the commodes, sculptures and almost everywhere. It feels like being in an antique shop rather than a seaside apartment. But we are not the same so, other travellers may like it. We would still suggest some refurnishing. True, that all of this could have been seen properly on the photos. Some uncluttering in the gateway on the ground floor is highly recommended. This gives the first impression for the arriving travellers and we need to say that it was a bit strange... But it has nothing to do with the apartment.

Eine ganz tolle Lage mitten in der Altstadt, wo fußläufig alles erreichbar ist, vom Balkon ein schöner Blick aufs Meer, sehr gute und angenehme Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin. Im Appartement ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

L'emplacement était parfait. En plus de bénéficier du dynamisme ambiant du vieux quartier de Poreč, la mer était à deux pas de l'appartement. Enfin, la vue et la cadre observable depuis le balcon étaient somptueux.

Nice location. Spacious. Got refunded in the end.

Not the best of experiences. Needs a renovation in whole house, not only kitchen. Also Lighting fixing in the stairs and bathroom. No shampoo or shower gel. Pricey and the cleaning expense is not something the renter must pay.
