A great apartment in a perfect location with a stunning view.
The apartment was spotlessly clean, and the host was extremely friendly. We were especially impressed by the stunning view of the sea from the balcony – absolutely beautiful! The beach is just a short walk away, less than two minutes, which was perfect. There are also plenty of shopping options nearby, and you can find everything you need without any trouble. A special highlight was the bakery right in the building – fresh, delicious pastries every morning, which was a real treat. All in all, everything was just right. The combination of location, amenities, and value for money was excellent. We’d come back any time!
The mattresses on the double beds were a bit too firm for our taste, and with the windows open, you could hear some noise from the bakery during the night as they started their preparations early. But those were just minor things and didn’t take away from the overall great experience.

Perfektní dovolená na Istrii
Kde jenom začít. Lokalita ubytování je skvělá. Do centra se dostanete za 15 minut a na pláž za 5 minut. Jako rodina s dětmi jsme ocenili blízkost pouti se spoustou atrakcí. Naprosto skvělé je sejít ráno do pekárny pro čerstvé pečivo k snídani. Vedle je rovněž řeznictví a obchod se zeleninou. Samotný apartmán je obrovský a vybavený pro 6 dospělých. Velice nás potěšila pračka a myčka, které hodně zvyšují komfort pobytu. Jinak vše plně funkční, včetně klimatizace pro každou místnost. Ačkoli je apartmán v nejvyšším patře, schody zvládl každý den 3x vyjít i náš 3letý syn. Výhled z balkonu za výstup po schodech rozhodně stojí. Pokud jde o pláž, tak vřele doporučujeme si zajít trochu více na sever. Je zde cca 250 metrů pláže s kamínky a slunečníky. Jeden set slunečníku a 2 lehátek přijde na 115€ na šest dní. Dovolená byla fantastická a vše završuje skvělé jednání majitele.

Nettes Apartment mit guter Lage
Das Apartment hat eine super Lage. In 5 min ist man beim Meer, in 10 min in der Stadt. Es ist sehr komfortabel und liebevoll eingerichtet, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und bemüht, jeden Wunsch nachzukommen. Verstehe die negativen Bewertungen bezüglich der vielen Stufen nicht. Es liegt im 3. Stock und das sollte, wenn man 2 gesunde Beine hat, kein Problem darstellen. Sogar unsere 2 jährige Tochter ging die Stufen meistens alleine hinauf und hinunter...
