Geri apartamentai pačiame senamiestyje. Puiki lokacija. Gana patogūs, turėjo du vonios kambarius, kas aktualu jei keliauja dvi šeimos.
Privažiuoti automobilių prie apartamentų neįmanoma. Parkavimas yra už senamiesčio ribų. Todėl apartamentų valdytojas organizavo pervežimą į parkingą ir iš jo. Bet trūko aiškumo šioje sistemoje. Man, pavyzdžiui, operatyviai nebuvo atsakyta per Booking sistemą, kaip reiktų priparkuoti automobilį. Todėl keliautojams siūlome pridėti apie valandą, spręndžiant automobilio parkavimo klausimus. Nėra skalbimo mašinos.

Lavandino del bagno minuscolo, utile solo per lavarsi i denti. Materassi vecchi e scomodissimi perchè non tenevano più il peso della persona. Scale di accesso nell'appartamento scomode ed in ristrutturazione, posizionate all'interno di un edificio pubblico che ospita le Autorità Portuali di Parenzo. Assolutamente inadeguato. Al nostro arrivo dopo un viaggio faticoso sotto un sole cocente il frigo era assolutamente vuoto, neanche una bottiglia di acqua per dissetarsi.
